we must speak out against this attack on the innocent , their blood will be upon our hands for not taking a stand against this satanic ritual sacrifice .
@leecfb000 what party was it that started the war, napalming everything that moves or gunning innocent people out of a chopper? Oh that's right, republicans!
Oh yeah we should have those UNWANTED 40 million be born and have half of them die from starvation, drugs, suicide, illness (the list goes on) instead. There's a solution!
Look, sex was, is, and will be.. And it inevitably will lead to unwanted pregnancies. That's the course of nature in every attempt to maintain the human race. We should be above that by this point. These doctors help women! It's everyone else that needs their head checked. Get over it.
@BellHavens - you are a piece of trash - seriously- read your quote, freak - what about the other 20 million that you didn't comment on -how many of those MURDERED would be a doctor, lawyer, peace prize winner? zone because you COWARDS murder them- you are a piece of shit

@BellHavens - In that case, if a woman gives birth to her baby then decides she doesn't want to take care of it, she can just kill it without any legal penalty. After all, it's better to kill an unwanted baby than to let it die from starvation, drugs, suicide, illness, etc.
youre wrong sir! abortion isnt black or white. These extreme cases you talk about shouldnt happen (but some arnt murder some are malpractice)
i cant believe youd be 100% one way on this issue! Are you jealous that you never amounted to being a doctor yourself or something?
abortions have benefits - they can sell body parts on for research to better treat abortions and mothers. Abortion is useful when youre a single parent with no money etc..
But i admire your passion! Fight these evil cases!
abortion is awesome and if the baby comes alive in the procedure is eve better! My dick gets hard just to think about the sound of the middle fetus spice getting crushed by a pair of scissors OH CRAP I JUST CAME!!!
It also stated in the report on the news that Gosnel 15 year old daughter was at the clinic til midnight most days, administrating (not sure of this being the right word, but I hope you get the point), sensitives and anesthetic
Your anger is RIGHTEOUS anger. This is BEYOND hideous!! Dear God, I pray that He touches the hearts and spirits of ANY woman contemplating abortion. This so-called "doctor" who killed these live, born children, ohhh, man, I just, it leaves me speechless!! How are there actually people walking among us just like him who do this as a regular everyday job! MONSTERS - ALL OF THEM!!!
Why must we fight abortion "legally" as defined by a government that is supporting the mass murder of children. Personally I don't have the courage to give my life for the cuase but how can we condemm those who do?
No peaceful protest has ever stopped a national-wide let alone a global genocide. Peaceful means have their place but we must sometimes work outside the law to acheive justice. Think about the White Rose Movement in Nazi Germany and the Underground Railroad in 19th century america.
@HumanRights4Everyone there are many people like you who claim to promote the respect of life through the ending of life. a human doctor is very much alive, can experience pain and suffering. the same cannot be said about a fetus.
why is theprorapeguy up in arms about REAL baby murder? he claims this behaviour is perfectly normal, he claims Gosnell MURDERING babies is no worse than a typical doctor in a typical clinic prescribing the abortion drug RU486 to a 7 week pregnant crack whore.
@mrbortion But for the 'Grace of God' there goes you. Did you ever thank Him?
As for Gosnell, from where I am sitting, it looks like you have the same destination in mind so you might want to get used to it or rethink. Jesus Bless!!
@wayinoutreach 40+million abortions last year show that YOUR god is euther impotent, pro choice or non existant, so no I didnt get around to thanking him. I do however appreciate the FACT that my mother CHOSE to give birth to me, despite not being FORCED. I'd hate to think I was only here because she didnt have a choice.

@mrbortion Since when did choice=murder? Your mother chose "life", not for herself but for you. Do you not get it???? All we want is for other people to choose LIFE, not SELFISHNESS. As for God, He says that it is better for a person to tie a millstone around their necks & throw themselves into the deepest part of the sea, than to go before Him after hurting one of HIS little ones. Matt.18:6, Mark 9:42, Luke 17:2. Is that plain enough for you?? He gives you Choice!! Jesus Bless!!
This news story might actually serve to awaken the conscience of America into realizing how sick abortion really is. In fact, the best thing we can hope for is the defense using an argument like, "Well, it was a difference of a few inches...so what?" THAT will help put abortion itself on trial, at least in the court of public opinion. This story, as horrible as it is, may be a turning point in this war. It will NOT help pro-choice.
check out theprorapeguy GLOATING about the REAL murder of REAL babies when according to anti choice crapaganda, this is no different from aborting an embryo using a couple of pills.
when the anti choice taliban constantly call doctors "baby murderers"* and restrict the alternatives for desperate women, they shouldnt be surprised when REAL baby murderers get victims
if you are anti choice, Gosnell is yours not ours
there is nothing new about the phrase, "give a dog a bad name...."
Amen, amen I say to you, that you shall lament and weep, but the world shall rejoice; and you shall be made sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy
I hope this guy gets hung from his gonads and then gets skinned alive. Sorry for the graphic comment but this rips my heart out,brought tears to my eyes.
Just knowing that abortion is perfectly legal makes me so angry but the out shock from people who think abortion is ok but this petrafies them makes me even more angrier. Its ok until you really get to see what goes down? The stuff he mentions is practically the norm...THE NORM. And this stuff is bought to Americans attention, only because the woman getting the abortion died. I'm so upset that I'm just below the brink of wanting to punch a wall. This crap drives me nuts.
@ladyEulaelie this isn't the norm, or charges wouldn't be filed against him. if you cared to read the article you would have seen that he performed ILLEGAL abortions and that he was working with unlicenced personel. you may still be against the norm, but lets not confuse the two with inacurracies and lies. this person was a sick individual and i oppose his actions and the actions of those like him. this is why abortion needs to be legal and regulated, so stuff like this doesn't happen.
Their was no need to have read the any publication to completion to have known the alleged facts you just mention. Why? B/c it was all mentioned in the video. But I'm not responding to an article am I? I'm resonding to this video.
This Dr. Gosnell was called out (finally) only b/c a woman died in his facility. I think its a bit naive to think that dirty doctors are rare, especially if there is more $ in it for them to not abide by rules and regulations.
Lets do more than raise our eyebrows, "dirty doctors" are not a "rarity" like ppl would desperately like to think, & if pro-choicers are going to be so fastidious as to when an unborn baby becomes a "person", they need to raise their awareness of the illegal practices taken place even if the performed abortions are not anymore medically compromising than in the event of a legal abortion.
We have laws that are suppose to regulate abortions, the problem is, these rules and regulations teeter a tight rope in that they conform to idealist conditions (sometimes the births are live and the doctors attempt avoid lawsuits/losing money esp. after investing medications into the woman). If the core ethical laws are broken, and in many cases they are, you don't have a legal murder, you have an illegal murder. Rules & regs? Its a baby...this isn't Mcdonald's meat, Ya dig?
@ladyEulaelie the "rules and regulations" are how our society currently defines human life. at one point we call it abortion and it is not considered murder, but crossing a legal threshhold brings it from abortion to murder. there are people who want to move the line in either direction, and there are some people who are happy with where the line is drawn now. life is a cycle, there is no abrupt "begining" of life. we are forced to decide when "human life" begins.
We were also forced to decide if people of different races were deserving of equal rights, but should that really an issue? When does one race abruptly have equivalent rights as another?
There was a time when you and I didn't exist. There is most definitely, relatively, a beginning of our life and most definitely and end. Human life begins at conception and human life ends at death. I don't think we should make it any more complicated than that.
@ladyEulaelie human life begins when the sperm that fertalizes the oovum forms in the testacles of the male. human life begins when the oovum forms in the female ova during fetal development. human life begins at conception. human life begins with neural development that allows for human experience. human life begins at birth when we formally declare an infant to be a seperate being from its mother. these are all opinions with none being objectively the "begining" of human life.
All I'm getting at is that the stakes are too high for people to make room for the "dirty doctors" who don't obey the rules and adhere to the laws that determine when a *cough* "something" is a person or not a person. I would rather that women be encouraged to avoid conceiving a child than to legally allow abortion which makes room for more crime and great possibility of illegal murder. Abortions are usually done out of reasons of connivence not out of necessity..... stakes too.
@ladyEulaelie i agree that prevention of conception is ideal. i think that the statistics bear out that making abortion illegal does not prevent the rate of abortions, rather it simply increases the number of illegal and unsafe abortions. i think the best way to combat illegal activities such as this is a three part strategy. A) make contraceptives and day after pills more available. B) increase penelties against people performing illegal abortions. C) make legal abortions more available.
This may sound cold, but I can't be bothered with protecting the majority of women who have the free will to decide not to place themselves in such situations that directly endanger their lives for habitual reasons of convenience. They have the choice to play russian ruoelette with their lives but the innocent life inside of them, that they work so hard to convince themselves and others to believe is inferior and invasive does not. Forget politics, whats right is right.
@ladyEulaelie ahh, maybe that is where our fundamental disagreement is. i believe that everyone has a different and individual sense of right and wrong, so that it is not "whats right is right". in this particular case i feel like i am deciding between two wrongs and have to choose the lesser of two evils. it is wrong to allow people to continually be irresponsible. it is wrong to strip liberties and autonomy away from people who have different opinions.
I believe that there are definite principals that will never change. It will always be wrong to kill an innocent person, regardless of how tiny, young, hated or seemingly inferior that innocent person is compared to another is. I would be a White man's slave and probably unable to read what I'm writing if people didn't change laws that said I wasn't considered technically a person. Either an unborn baby is a person or its not.
So if a man wanted to stone his daughter because she brought a man in his home for sex, we shouldn't strip his liberties and autonomy away from him because opinions in this case varies and every person is different culturally?
@ladyEulaelie his rights to throw stones stops at her right to not have stones thrown at her. we should have some form of consensus on where one persons rights stop and anothers rights begins. your example compares an illegal activity with a legal activity. the societal concensous is that abortion is legal and assualt is not. i don't like some laws in america, and i think they should be changed. so i fight to get them changed, i appreciate your concern for what is wrong and right.
Well then you get my point. If a doesn't think a fetus has personhood, they are probably indifferent on legal abortion and will favor abortion. I think America is split on abortion.
@ladyEulaelie i am a minority i admit. most pro-choicers think a fetus is a baby and consider it a person. they just don't accept the right of one person to hi-jack the body of another person. i know that the majority of americans (in the 70%s) are pro-choice. if asked weather a fetus has the right to live most people will say yes. however if you ask if the government should have the right to make the decision for a woman to deny an abortion they say no. most people are unaware.
Is it really hijacking if a woman puts the baby inside her knowing that a baby isn't going to leave her body unless she kills it? It would be like me forcing you on to my private jet going over the atlantic and wanting you to get out of my jet mid trip to Europe. Would it be ok for me to eject you out of my plane simply because I don't want you in it (regardless of what the law states) and if I couldn't eject you out of my jet, would you be hijacking it?
@ladyEulaelie if you force me into a plane than you have kidnapped me. you have already performed an immoral act. if this is how you wish to describe pregnancy than it is immoral to become pregnant.
Ok, then the person is not forced on the jet, but is invited. The application is still implied that the I would be wrong to eject you out of my jet, and it would not be b/c a law says so, it violates principals.
@ladyEulaelie you are still implying intention. a person who gets an abortion never intended to be pregnant. the analogy would be more like if i accidently stumbled into your aircraft not knowing what i was doing, AND my activity in your aircraft caused it and you harm while you did not want me on your aircraft. an unintended pregnancy results in a fetus damaging a womans body against her will. it cannot be accurately represented by airplanes.
The person who gets pregnant may not have intended to get pregnant, but they have to be accountable for their actions. There is only one way possible to conceive and if a woman doesn't want to conceive she should make provisions that ensure that she won't get pregnant. A human fetus is a person...well never mind, you compare the human fetus to that of a house pet.
Unborn "House pet" : born baby: infant : child : adolescent : young adult : adult : geriatric?
@ladyEulaelie unfertalized oocyte, fertalized oocyte, blastocyte, embryo, fetus, birth (now legally considered human) infant, toddler, preteen, adolescent, teen, 18th birthday (now considered adult), young adult, middle aged adult, geriatric, corpse (this could have occured between or during any other phase of life).
A human life doesn't have to look like you to be apart of the human race. A unfertilized oocyte is not a developing life no more than a flowing river is a tree or a pot of dirt is a rose, but an unborn baby is a life developing, just like u are.
Ppl have a problem w/ humans who don't look like them. For some reason, the humans who don't look us are inferior & peripheral members of the human race. Not important...sort of like the way minorities were once legally considered.
@ladyEulaelie an unfertalized oocyte is alive, it is sitting in an ovary or falopean tube and it very much has unique and individual DNA. it does not have identicle DNA to the mother. now do you care to explain to me how this is not a human and a fertalized oocyte is? a flowing river cannot become a tree, an unfertalized oocyte can become a fertalized oocyte which can become a fetus, which can become an infant. your analogy does not adress known truths.
By saying that an oocyte is another person who"has its own unique DNA outside the mother's, you are suggesting that it has a reduced genome that belongs another person....who is this person??
Com'on son, think!
An unfertilized ovum/oocyte does indeed have identical DNA to the mother until it is inseminated w/ another genome that will give rise to another person. If what u said was true they couldn't DNA test men for rape.
@ladyEulaelie it is the same person that it will be if the oocyte were fertalized. it has half the dna now, but without this half it cannot be the person that the fertalized one will be. are you saying that the oocyte is "half of a person"? if the oocyte is dead it will not develop into an embryo. life is a cycle there is no solid begining.
No. An oocyte is not a person. It could never be. An oocyte doesn't "live" or "die", it simply degenerates if not fertilized and is part of the material expelled from her body, known as a menstrual cycle.
You are very very confused. Can you please google and wikipedia what you are saying.
You were never an unfertilized oocyte, b/c unfertilized oocyes/eggs are not ppl and sperm are not people. It takes 2 to make a person...not 1. Life begins at conception.
@ladyEulaelie no, you don't get an oocyte to use because an unfertalized oocyte isn't a human. because an unfertalized oocyte isn't a human than we don't need one to get a human. only humans lead to humans. we can't get humans from apes or bananas. we don't get humans from non-humans. and you told me that an oocyte was not a human. so tell me how to get an embryo without using a non-fertalized oocyte.
My responses to you have been telling u why an oocyte is not a person & why u can't get an embryo w/ an UNFERTILIZED oocyte.
Humans do come from humans...the oocyte is apart of a human being but the oocyte itself is not a person, (a man, woman, or offspring). Think skin cells... does are not ppl. Skin gets slough off through a cycle just like unfert. oocytes get slough off every mo, in a menstrual cycle. Its the process of what begins after fertilization that forms a person.
@ladyEulaelie no, it is the process of what happens long before fertalization that forms a person. a person can only come from another person, that person in turn can only come from another person. you would not be here today if your mother's mother had died before giving birth to your mother. you say that life begins after fertilization, and yet i say that the oocyte and the sperm must both be ALIVE to form an embryo. since they are ALIVE than life did not start before it began now did it?
Like I said, any cell that divides is alive; skin cells, tissue cells, etc. Unfertilized Oocytes mature into unfertilized ova. What does this have to do with the fact that an oocyte is not a human like a unborn baby, child, adolescent and adult is a human??
If you believe that a sperm head is a human being or that a female has 1000s of little humans floating around in her ovaries (2m at birth), but she dumps the every month in her cycle, aye aye Captain.
@ladyEulaelie i think i see where you make the distinction. but your definition of what is human does not mean that mine is less valid. once again the definition of human is a very subjective thing. after all "human" is a word, and can mean different things. if we are talking about personhood than we are talking about things that have personalities, and that is something an embryo cannot have.
You may not believe that an embryo has "personhood", but it is most definitely an individual human being with its own set of DNA distinct from its parents, rather its in it earliest stages, mid-way or latest stage of development. A human being is a human being is a human being.
@ladyEulaelie you define a human by DNA, i define a human by personhood. cancer has a unique and human (if human cancer) set of DNA as well. it is different from the host and is quite unique. cancer also has the exact same ability to think and experience as an embryo. we can force cancer into forming a seperate human being using genetic engineering in labs (although it is illegal and violates ethical laws). so is cancer also a human being?
The main difference between a normal cell and a cancerous cell is not that its DNA is inherently different, like that between an embryo and its parents, but that it is a cell that, through a disfunction in its regulation, its DNA has become altered. Cancer is a disease of the DNA. An embryo is not the result of a disease nor a result of a defect collaboration of the male and female gametes.
A tumor or a cancerous outgrowth of cells may cause swelling of tissue in a certain part of the body, but an embryo, inherently has its own DNA and unlike a cancerous cell, an embryo has cellular differentiation, meaning it, specialize("set apart (an organ or part) to serve a special function or to suit a particular way of life". cont....
Personhood, by definition is, "the quality or condition of being an individual person." With all we know scientifically about an embryo and its development, why is personhood debated? A cancerous cell or a tumor is not an individual. It seems to me that it should be intuitive, that an embryo, although much less developed than you and I are, is a rising individual and therefore, "person". If you believe other wise, you must be able to answer what makes an organism a "person".
So my question to you is, what makes you a person and an embryo, or more importantly an unborn baby (women don't abort embryos) not a person? Can you give reasons that don't exclude the blind; deaf; MR; elderly, or comatose; premature babies; etc, individuals from being a person as well?
@ladyEulaelie to me an embryo and a brain dead person are both not human. a person in a coma with hope for recovery is a person. a body in a state of permanent brain death is not human. the embryo has never gained personhood and the braindead body can never regain personhood. the comatose person has temporarily lost personhood but has had personhood and has potential to gain it back.
but i am done. we simply disagree on what makes humans humans. to me it is a mind thing, to you it is dna.
Anything can be alive, but there is a clear distinction between the parent and the offspring in their genetic material. If science doesn't support what you say, then there is a good likely hood that you are wrong.
If I have a brush and a can of paint and I decide I'm going to create art work, did my art work already exist? I have the necessary tools it takes to make the art but the art is not in existence yet, same difference.
It can't be the same person that it would be if an oocyte were fertilized. What would be the point of fertilization?
Life begins with the fusion of male and female gametes to form a zygote. That is the purpose of a the male gamete fertilizing the oocyte, the female gamete.
I wish you would respond to the proposed scenario I asked you about earlier that you have been avoiding.
I'm flying my personal jet to Europe across the Atlantic. I discovery that you are on MY jet. You explain your presence and its concluded that its through no fault of your own that you're on my jet. You sit quietly, waiting for my jet to land. I didn't plan for you to tag along on my trip and I would like to get rid of you. Based on principals which most laws are & should be based on, do I have the right to eject you off my jet?
@ladyEulaelie Ha! That is a pretty good analogy. I'm sure ol' greycloud wouldn't mind you making the 'pro-choice' to eject him off the jet. Your jet, your choice right? Who is a cloud to infringe upon that? Besides that, what would all your friends and family say about you, knowing a greycloud was INSIDE your jet, opposed to outside of it. You wouldn't be seen as a lady anymore. :)
@ladyEulaelie this is not a good analogy. now imagine through no fault of my own that i had a disorder. when on your plane i could not help but cause permanent damage to the plane. from time to time i would damage the plane so much that it cound not recover, but it could remain flying. based upon this principle, you can eject me. by the way on the way to europe there are no laws, in international waters. what you SHOULD do is what you feel is right, and that is an individual choice.
Like before, you bring up a scenario that would make the analogy to fit a pregnant woman who is medically in distress where there is a great potential for her death. I can't think of any situation that is common or unremarkable that can be draw from your scenario that fits pregnant women that would justify abortions. Most abortions are done by healthy females w/ healthy pregnancies who want to dodge motherhood b/c of the nuisance and inconvenience a child would be them.
@ladyEulaelie no, i mention EVERY pregnancy. do you really believe that being pregnant does not permanently change your body? if you don't want your body to change isn't it harmful? it changes your metabolism, it gives you stretch marks, it changes your personality to make irrational choices for a while (because of mood swings due to harmone shifts). pregnancy is a damaging experience, not just the ones that kill, all pregnancies have a permanent price to be payed for by the mothers body.
You are comparing an ordinary pregnancy and what happens to a woman's body to a highly dangerous potential plane crash. IF there is grave danger for me I have the right to eject you off my plane in self-defense. However, if you are sitting off in the corner somewhere, minding your business, watching a game, drinking your orange juice and eating an apple or bag of Doritos , I don't have the right to eject you off my jet. When you cause danger to me, then I do.
My analogy may not perfectly line up with every potential scenario a pregnant woman might encounter, who wants to eject her baby off her jet, but it comes mighty close; close enough to fit the majority of cases.
@ladyEulaelie continued.. my personal morality is based upon reducing suffering when possible. because i think humans have a greater capacity to suffer (than animals), i generally place great value on preventing human suffering. i believe it causes more suffering to the fetus to be born unwanted than to be terminated before neural development. my genuine interest is in the human life, i don't think it is humane to force a life into existance that will suffer for existing.
Who are we to say who will and will not suffer?? Gianna Jensen (along w/ many others) survived her abortion, and she is not a miserable existences. The world is a better place b/c of her. I like my life, and if my mother didn't want me and I would rather that she let me live and not kept me from the wonderful life and all the possibilities I have now. It would be on her if she missed out on the life she had a good time being apart of its creation but wanted to destroy.
@ladyEulaelie we cannot say who definately will and who definately will not suffer. but we can say that most people who have parents that do not want them will suffer more than those people who have parents that do want them. we can expect for some people to suffer, and we should not perform actions that we expect will cause someone to suffer (such as being born unwanted or being shot in the arm).
@ladyEulaelie lets not build strawmen though. i would like to point out that nobody actually likes abortions. it is a sad case when there is an unwanted pregnancy, and we all agree that this is a bad situation. what we disagree on is how to handle this bad situation. i defer to the woman who is already a grown human being with no ambiguity on weather she has human rights or not. the fetus is in a grey area, where opinions run rampant and heated.
1. Strawmen?? How did I ever misrepresent any version of your argument? My comment is an extenuation of my original argument that has nothing to do with your position the general position on abortion from a pro-choice stance.
2. You've basically wavier on your opinion and didn't really have one in the first place...?? Um ok.
Abortion is not regulated unless somebody raises a stink. The liberals who run the government in PA (until this past election) couldn't care less what happens to babies or their mothers, so long as they can continue to eliminate poor people to redevelop Philadelphia.
And pro-choicers say legal abortions keep abotions safe! How many more of these monsters are out there Gerard? If abortion was illegal, he would have been stopped back in 1993. Great video! This makes me mad too!
As if abortion wasn't sick enough, this takes it to a whole new level. It figures that this guy got away with these practices this long & was only discovered on unrelated charges. This is wrong on just so many levels.
@Kemonokami Clearly that is not true. Aborting is legal in Pennsylvania, but this guy could not even follow proper procedure. If this were only the case when abortion is illegal, then it would not happen in the United States. This is actually what happens when people see the unborn as subhuman.
Oh please, every intelligent human knows this saying when you see fox news "You don't have to stick your head up a bulls ass to know when you're see bullshit."
do people really ask you why are you angry during your vidoes? i mean come on... any normal human being should wanna tear through that abortion clinics wall and just burn the place down when they hear about these storys.
@Kemonokami Abortion has been legal in the United States since 1973 with Roe V. Wade. Where have you been?? Just that the gov. doesn't foot the bill 4 all of them, hence the door opens 4 cheap quacks like this 1. The fact that perhaps 1/10 feel guilty is of little comfort when the other 9 are using abortion 4 birth control & some have had as many as 10 - 12. Why don't they just get sterilized? Or as Nancy puts it "Just say NO!!!. Jesus Bless!!
@wayinoutreach sterilization sounds like a great option for many people. i plan on getting sterilized myself. i don't approve of those who use abortion as "birth control". these people are placing themselves at high risk for STDs and they can spread STDs through communities. not a good idea in my opinion.
@greycloud24 Abstinence is still by far the safest method for controlling unwanted pregnancies as well as STDs. Condoms are not 100% at all, & any other method means that you leave yourself open to spread disease. Sterilization doesn't cure promiscuity & that causes both. So abstinence is the BEST!! Jesus Bless!!
@wayinoutreach i agree, abstinence is by far the best method to avoid unwanted pregnancies. the problem is that it is not always the method used. many people have sex knowing the dangers, this does not strip them of the right to not be pregnant. education on how to use contraceptives together with research towards more effective and more "idiot proof" contraceptives would help decrease abortion rates by a lot. easy access to these contraceptives would help further.
@wayinoutreach Gosnell (if guilty,there is the small matter of the due process to concider), is what happens when the christian taliban terrorise so many good doctors untill they are too intimmidated to help desperate women, and victimise patients, to the extent that they feel forced to take what they can get. If you manage to convince people that they are baby murderers, dont be surprised when they ACTUALLY murder REAL babies.
if you are anti choice, Gosnell is yours, not ours, enjoy.
@mrbortion I think the word is "loose", not "desperate". I can't see a wonderful country like the good ol' USA, since Roe v. Wade, having 50 million "desperate" women in it but I can clearly see a lot of LOOSE ones. ABSTINENCE would cure a lot of DESPERATION, don't you think....or do you? Jesus Bless!!
Wow...'I don't support abortion, but women should have the choice to have their babies murdered in a sterile fashion?' .....'If the baby is out of the mother's womb...it's murder, but if the baby is murdered inside her womb...then some how the murder is okay?' What the hell is going on here people!
these are not the type of people who they "let" run an abortion clinic. these are the type of people that perform illegal abortions. these are the type of people that women would to to in back alleys if abortion were not a legal option. i don't like abortions, but i am pro-choice because i would never railroad a girl into going to a person like this to get an abortion.
i read it. this guy was sick and disgusting. he was performing illegal abortions and forcing premature births than killing the infants. it is not an abortion if an infant is born, it immediately becomes murder if the infant is intentionally killed after this point.
thank you brother for the upoaded video.

@BellHavens - In that case, if a woman gives birth to her baby then decides she doesn't want to take care of it, she can just kill it without any legal penalty. After all, it's better to kill an unwanted baby than to let it die from starvation, drugs, suicide, illness, etc.

This crap drives me nuts.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago 8
@ladyEulaelie this isn't the norm, or charges wouldn't be filed against him. if you cared to read the article you would have seen that he performed ILLEGAL abortions and that he was working with unlicenced personel. you may still be against the norm, but lets not confuse the two with inacurracies and lies. this person was a sick individual and i oppose his actions and the actions of those like him. this is why abortion needs to be legal and regulated, so stuff like this doesn't happen.

ladyEulaelie 1 year ago 2
@greycloud24
Part 1
Lets do more than raise our eyebrows, "dirty doctors" are not a "rarity" like ppl would desperately like to think, & if pro-choicers are going to be so fastidious as to when an unborn baby becomes a "person", they need to raise their awareness of the illegal practices taken place even if the performed abortions are not anymore medically compromising than in the event of a legal abortion.
Cont..
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Its a baby...this isn't Mcdonald's meat, Ya dig?
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie the "rules and regulations" are how our society currently defines human life. at one point we call it abortion and it is not considered murder, but crossing a legal threshhold brings it from abortion to murder. there are people who want to move the line in either direction, and there are some people who are happy with where the line is drawn now. life is a cycle, there is no abrupt "begining" of life. we are forced to decide when "human life" begins.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
I don't think we should make it any more complicated than that.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie human life begins when the sperm that fertalizes the oovum forms in the testacles of the male. human life begins when the oovum forms in the female ova during fetal development. human life begins at conception. human life begins with neural development that allows for human experience. human life begins at birth when we formally declare an infant to be a seperate being from its mother. these are all opinions with none being objectively the "begining" of human life.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Abortions are usually done out of reasons of connivence not out of necessity..... stakes too.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie i agree that prevention of conception is ideal. i think that the statistics bear out that making abortion illegal does not prevent the rate of abortions, rather it simply increases the number of illegal and unsafe abortions. i think the best way to combat illegal activities such as this is a three part strategy. A) make contraceptives and day after pills more available. B) increase penelties against people performing illegal abortions. C) make legal abortions more available.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Forget politics, whats right is right.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie ahh, maybe that is where our fundamental disagreement is. i believe that everyone has a different and individual sense of right and wrong, so that it is not "whats right is right". in this particular case i feel like i am deciding between two wrongs and have to choose the lesser of two evils. it is wrong to allow people to continually be irresponsible. it is wrong to strip liberties and autonomy away from people who have different opinions.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Either an unborn baby is a person or its not.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@greycloud24
So if a man wanted to stone his daughter because she brought a man in his home for sex, we shouldn't strip his liberties and autonomy away from him because opinions in this case varies and every person is different culturally?
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie his rights to throw stones stops at her right to not have stones thrown at her. we should have some form of consensus on where one persons rights stop and anothers rights begins. your example compares an illegal activity with a legal activity. the societal concensous is that abortion is legal and assualt is not. i don't like some laws in america, and i think they should be changed. so i fight to get them changed, i appreciate your concern for what is wrong and right.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Well then you get my point. If a doesn't think a fetus has personhood, they are probably indifferent on legal abortion and will favor abortion. I think America is split on abortion.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie i am a minority i admit. most pro-choicers think a fetus is a baby and consider it a person. they just don't accept the right of one person to hi-jack the body of another person. i know that the majority of americans (in the 70%s) are pro-choice. if asked weather a fetus has the right to live most people will say yes. however if you ask if the government should have the right to make the decision for a woman to deny an abortion they say no. most people are unaware.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Is it really hijacking if a woman puts the baby inside her knowing that a baby isn't going to leave her body unless she kills it? It would be like me forcing you on to my private jet going over the atlantic and wanting you to get out of my jet mid trip to Europe. Would it be ok for me to eject you out of my plane simply because I don't want you in it (regardless of what the law states) and if I couldn't eject you out of my jet, would you be hijacking it?
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie if you force me into a plane than you have kidnapped me. you have already performed an immoral act. if this is how you wish to describe pregnancy than it is immoral to become pregnant.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Ok, then the person is not forced on the jet, but is invited. The application is still implied that the I would be wrong to eject you out of my jet, and it would not be b/c a law says so, it violates principals.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie you are still implying intention. a person who gets an abortion never intended to be pregnant. the analogy would be more like if i accidently stumbled into your aircraft not knowing what i was doing, AND my activity in your aircraft caused it and you harm while you did not want me on your aircraft. an unintended pregnancy results in a fetus damaging a womans body against her will. it cannot be accurately represented by airplanes.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Unborn "House pet" : born baby: infant : child : adolescent : young adult : adult : geriatric?
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie unfertalized oocyte, fertalized oocyte, blastocyte, embryo, fetus, birth (now legally considered human) infant, toddler, preteen, adolescent, teen, 18th birthday (now considered adult), young adult, middle aged adult, geriatric, corpse (this could have occured between or during any other phase of life).
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Not important...sort of like the way minorities were once legally considered.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie an unfertalized oocyte is alive, it is sitting in an ovary or falopean tube and it very much has unique and individual DNA. it does not have identicle DNA to the mother. now do you care to explain to me how this is not a human and a fertalized oocyte is? a flowing river cannot become a tree, an unfertalized oocyte can become a fertalized oocyte which can become a fetus, which can become an infant. your analogy does not adress known truths.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Ur 100% wrong. Whip your tail between your legs.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie it is the same person that it will be if the oocyte were fertalized. it has half the dna now, but without this half it cannot be the person that the fertalized one will be. are you saying that the oocyte is "half of a person"? if the oocyte is dead it will not develop into an embryo. life is a cycle there is no solid begining.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Life begins at conception.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie ok, please tell me how to make a ferztalized oocyte without an unfertalized oocyte.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
I not sure I understand your question. An oocyte is fertilized when it is fused with a sperm head.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie no, you don't get an oocyte to use because an unfertalized oocyte isn't a human. because an unfertalized oocyte isn't a human than we don't need one to get a human. only humans lead to humans. we can't get humans from apes or bananas. we don't get humans from non-humans. and you told me that an oocyte was not a human. so tell me how to get an embryo without using a non-fertalized oocyte.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Its the process of what begins after fertilization that forms a person.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie no, it is the process of what happens long before fertalization that forms a person. a person can only come from another person, that person in turn can only come from another person. you would not be here today if your mother's mother had died before giving birth to your mother. you say that life begins after fertilization, and yet i say that the oocyte and the sperm must both be ALIVE to form an embryo. since they are ALIVE than life did not start before it began now did it?
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Like I said, any cell that divides is alive; skin cells, tissue cells, etc. Unfertilized Oocytes mature into unfertilized ova. What does this have to do with the fact that an oocyte is not a human like a unborn baby, child, adolescent and adult is a human??
If you believe that a sperm head is a human being or that a female has 1000s of little humans floating around in her ovaries (2m at birth), but she dumps the every month in her cycle, aye aye Captain.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie i think i see where you make the distinction. but your definition of what is human does not mean that mine is less valid. once again the definition of human is a very subjective thing. after all "human" is a word, and can mean different things. if we are talking about personhood than we are talking about things that have personalities, and that is something an embryo cannot have.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
You may not believe that an embryo has "personhood", but it is most definitely an individual human being with its own set of DNA distinct from its parents, rather its in it earliest stages, mid-way or latest stage of development. A human being is a human being is a human being.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie you define a human by DNA, i define a human by personhood. cancer has a unique and human (if human cancer) set of DNA as well. it is different from the host and is quite unique. cancer also has the exact same ability to think and experience as an embryo. we can force cancer into forming a seperate human being using genetic engineering in labs (although it is illegal and violates ethical laws). so is cancer also a human being?
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Continued...
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@greycloud24
A tumor or a cancerous outgrowth of cells may cause swelling of tissue in a certain part of the body, but an embryo, inherently has its own DNA and unlike a cancerous cell, an embryo has cellular differentiation, meaning it, specialize("set apart (an organ or part) to serve a special function or to suit a particular way of life". cont....
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@greycloud24
If you believe other wise, you must be able to answer what makes an organism a "person".
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@greycloud24
So my question to you is, what makes you a person and an embryo, or more importantly an unborn baby (women don't abort embryos) not a person? Can you give reasons that don't exclude the blind; deaf; MR; elderly, or comatose; premature babies; etc, individuals from being a person as well?
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie to me an embryo and a brain dead person are both not human. a person in a coma with hope for recovery is a person. a body in a state of permanent brain death is not human. the embryo has never gained personhood and the braindead body can never regain personhood. the comatose person has temporarily lost personhood but has had personhood and has potential to gain it back.
but i am done. we simply disagree on what makes humans humans. to me it is a mind thing, to you it is dna.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Anything can be alive, but there is a clear distinction between the parent and the offspring in their genetic material. If science doesn't support what you say, then there is a good likely hood that you are wrong.

It can't be the same person that it would be if an oocyte were fertilized. What would be the point of fertilization?
Life begins with the fusion of male and female gametes to form a zygote. That is the purpose of a the male gamete fertilizing the oocyte, the female gamete.

Based on principals which most laws are & should be based on, do I have the right to eject you off my jet?
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie Ha! That is a pretty good analogy. I'm sure ol' greycloud wouldn't mind you making the 'pro-choice' to eject him off the jet. Your jet, your choice right? Who is a cloud to infringe upon that? Besides that, what would all your friends and family say about you, knowing a greycloud was INSIDE your jet, opposed to outside of it. You wouldn't be seen as a lady anymore. :)
jimmyjohnsonrocks123 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie this is not a good analogy. now imagine through no fault of my own that i had a disorder. when on your plane i could not help but cause permanent damage to the plane. from time to time i would damage the plane so much that it cound not recover, but it could remain flying. based upon this principle, you can eject me. by the way on the way to europe there are no laws, in international waters. what you SHOULD do is what you feel is right, and that is an individual choice.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
Like before, you bring up a scenario that would make the analogy to fit a pregnant woman who is medically in distress where there is a great potential for her death. I can't think of any situation that is common or unremarkable that can be draw from your scenario that fits pregnant women that would justify abortions. Most abortions are done by healthy females w/ healthy pregnancies who want to dodge motherhood b/c of the nuisance and inconvenience a child would be them.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie no, i mention EVERY pregnancy. do you really believe that being pregnant does not permanently change your body? if you don't want your body to change isn't it harmful? it changes your metabolism, it gives you stretch marks, it changes your personality to make irrational choices for a while (because of mood swings due to harmone shifts). pregnancy is a damaging experience, not just the ones that kill, all pregnancies have a permanent price to be payed for by the mothers body.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24

@greycloud24
My analogy may not perfectly line up with every potential scenario a pregnant woman might encounter, who wants to eject her baby off her jet, but it comes mighty close; close enough to fit the majority of cases.

@ladyEulaelie continued.. my personal morality is based upon reducing suffering when possible. because i think humans have a greater capacity to suffer (than animals), i generally place great value on preventing human suffering. i believe it causes more suffering to the fetus to be born unwanted than to be terminated before neural development. my genuine interest is in the human life, i don't think it is humane to force a life into existance that will suffer for existing.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
It would be on her if she missed out on the life she had a good time being apart of its creation but wanted to destroy.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
@ladyEulaelie we cannot say who definately will and who definately will not suffer. but we can say that most people who have parents that do not want them will suffer more than those people who have parents that do want them. we can expect for some people to suffer, and we should not perform actions that we expect will cause someone to suffer (such as being born unwanted or being shot in the arm).

@ladyEulaelie lets not build strawmen though. i would like to point out that nobody actually likes abortions. it is a sad case when there is an unwanted pregnancy, and we all agree that this is a bad situation. what we disagree on is how to handle this bad situation. i defer to the woman who is already a grown human being with no ambiguity on weather she has human rights or not. the fetus is in a grey area, where opinions run rampant and heated.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24
1. Strawmen?? How did I ever misrepresent any version of your argument? My comment is an extenuation of my original argument that has nothing to do with your position the general position on abortion from a pro-choice stance.
2. You've basically wavier on your opinion and didn't really have one in the first place...?? Um ok.
ladyEulaelie 1 year ago
Abortion is not regulated unless somebody raises a stink. The liberals who run the government in PA (until this past election) couldn't care less what happens to babies or their mothers, so long as they can continue to eliminate poor people to redevelop Philadelphia.
Abortion doctors are a protected class.

This is wrong on just so many levels.
cincyninja 1 year ago
@cincyninja
It's called a "back alley abortion", they only happen when an actual abortion is illegal!
Kemonokami 1 year ago
@Kemonokami Clearly that is not true. Aborting is legal in Pennsylvania, but this guy could not even follow proper procedure. If this were only the case when abortion is illegal, then it would not happen in the United States. This is actually what happens when people see the unborn as subhuman.

this is just too depressing
hearing all these stories just bring tears to my eyes

The sick part is, when this "doctor" was interviewed, he was completely emotionless. There's REALLY something wrong with this guy. He needs prayer!!!

Where have you been?! Abortion is still illegal in most states! The women who do it HAVE to, they're already riddled with guilt!
Kemonokami 1 year ago
@Kemonokami Abortion has been legal in the United States since 1973 with Roe V. Wade. Where have you been?? Just that the gov. doesn't foot the bill 4 all of them, hence the door opens 4 cheap quacks like this 1. The fact that perhaps 1/10 feel guilty is of little comfort when the other 9 are using abortion 4 birth control & some have had as many as 10 - 12. Why don't they just get sterilized? Or as Nancy puts it "Just say NO!!!. Jesus Bless!!
wayinoutreach 1 year ago
@wayinoutreach sterilization sounds like a great option for many people. i plan on getting sterilized myself. i don't approve of those who use abortion as "birth control". these people are placing themselves at high risk for STDs and they can spread STDs through communities. not a good idea in my opinion.
greycloud24 1 year ago
@greycloud24 Abstinence is still by far the safest method for controlling unwanted pregnancies as well as STDs. Condoms are not 100% at all, & any other method means that you leave yourself open to spread disease. Sterilization doesn't cure promiscuity & that causes both. So abstinence is the BEST!! Jesus Bless!!
wayinoutreach 1 year ago

If you manage to convince people that they are baby murderers, dont be surprised when they ACTUALLY murder REAL babies.
if you are anti choice, Gosnell is yours, not ours, enjoy.
mrbortion 1 year ago
