Refining is the major issue, a lot of countries have crude without having the ultra high tech state of the art distillation towers, therefore they can't refine the individual areas for lack of a better term of liquid with their various properties and uses

4000 schools has been built, 1200 hospital, more than 30000KM of road, the banks consolidations, IT bringin twitter, youtube, skype, 3&4g networks we must give the gov't credit when credit is due. for 30yrs the military Dicks did nothing. that being said, I personally think all the senators in Nigeria should be SHOT! we should hold the gov't accountable yes. Democracy? here it is! subsidy must go if Naija should progress. within a year competition will drive the price down.
