i just saw alot of vids with Donald in a mugen fight and i have to say he is cheap as hell.

Cheap!?, you must not have really looked at him much as you said you did, if you think about it hes really a decent character. These are cheap characters "ultimate tom hanks because he has no hit box and starts off with a attack thats nearly impossible to escape from, yoshi although is weak and not fully develope this character has "LONG" special that has fists flying everywhere hitting you until your health bar is NONE or if lucky a bit. Theres is more cheap character but I'm not explaining all
