Accident Really? Really? I hope in the 3 years since ya made this video that ya read the history of Paraguay. Yes it is currently curropt and a 3rd world country. Yet at one point in time it was a 1st world country. I tell ya partner nations envyed it till it was ruined by wars and a dictator who while making things safe curropted the place. Then he was back stabbed an the country gone down hill since. Still the country is not an accident and will thrive to survive. It is the way of the Guarani!
