i don't like neon pink HAIR. florescents don't match well with human skintone unless the skin is photoshopped white with contrast or some form of whitish yellow... which is not natural... light pinks, dark pinks, deep pinks, peach pinks, and ash pinks look so much better.. it's such a shame cuz i really do like the color hot pink..
