beautiful form, it's about time i saw a video that was correct. If you want perfection though, be careful not to rock back and forth, especially on the 40 lbs,, the only part of your body that should be moving is part you're working out. And that's being really really picky.

amazing form dude , this shows that with correct form you can get super good results even though the weight isn't "much"
if you do it correctly it is so much harder but you get so much more results
ur bis are nice dude ! !
if u want to perfect ur form even more u should try vince gironda curls or body drag curls , damn are they hard :P
