its a plasma ball. commonly found in the north (like Sweden, Norway and Finland). i've seen one, it flew just like the fireball in this video. Had a white,blue, purple glow to it. really amazing and dangerous since they have a tendency to fly in thru chimneys and in to peoples livingroom.
