only ur first 3 excersices are useful in real game situations, and you shouldn't even have a high enough sensitivity to do a 360 in the first place, and what's the point of using excersice six, the whole point of muscle memory is to see the target in your screen. cuz if u can't see them, then u don't have any muscle memory as to where to flick. so it's rather pointless and a waste of time. sorry to bash on u, but i don't want beginners to waste their time on useless shit. just tryin to help
