It would have been a great capture scene if the kung fu thug resorted to trickery by throwing some blinding mist into WW' s eyes or a ninja smoke bomb to blind her and while she was reeling from the effects of the attack he would sneak up behind her and use a Chinese nerve hold on her neck to paralyze and KO her. He could have also used a blow gun to fire a tranquilizer dart to KO her and once she passed ou all he had to do was remove her belt & lasso while she was unconscious.
The producers of the CBS version of the TV show could had done an episode in which villians hire a wrestler to eliminate Wonder Woman. When Wonder Woman battles the wrestler, she is winning until the wrestler gets her in the back of the leg with a grip called "The Paralyzer". Why the grip is called "The Paralyzer" becomes apparent when Wonder Woman is paralyzed and is defeated by the wrestler.
That sounds like it would have been a good storyline and a great capture scene with Wonder Woman being rendered immobolized and helpless by a single nerve hold by a professional fighter.
This scene could had ended with Wonder Woman being knocked out from a blow to the head. Wonder Woman defeats the second villian and is about to interigate him with her golden lasso but fails to notice the second villian as he sneaks up behind her and hits her in the back of the head with a metal pipe. When Wonder Woman awakens, she finds herself inside the warehouse and realizes that she is bound with her own golden lasso and is compeled to answer the villians' questions.
That type of capture scene could also occured especialy with all the noise the Kung Fu thug was making. The first thug who eneterd the warehouse whom Diana Prince was spying on ,could have been nearby and heard the commotion and went outside to investigate and brought a metal pipe or blunt object with him to see what the trouble was. Or there could have been hidden cameras outside the warehouse which could have alerted others inside.

When Wonder Woman defeated the Bruce Lee wannabe in the karate fight and was interrigating him with her golden lasso, the guy who was inside the warehouse could had chloraformed her. When Wonder Woman awakened, she could had found herself tied up inside the warehouse and realized that she was powerless because the villians had removed her magic belt. The look on the weakened Wonder Woman's face would had been priceless.
