Personal experience? or are you speaking for everyone? Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't make everyone stupid. Some of us manage to get 4.0's in college while smoking every day. Its all about personal limitations and knowing what yours are. What is stupid is claiming that it should be illegal. So many medical benefits from the herb, that it is a shame its illegal because of racial and political issues left over from the 1930's.....

Apparently you have not seen the developments recently friend. Norml and MPP are the best two sources. Within the last 3 months there has been many advances. Of course it wont happen right away, but the steps are already taking form on a state by state basis, as well as some federal HR's already pending for this congress that are pro-legalization.

It's on the 19th this year, 2009, the permit's are done a few years ahead of time and it is always the third Saturday in September.
