  • I started out doing 10 second down - 10 second up(20 sec altogether) pushups 5-10 seconds rest between each rep until I could do three sets of 10(30 x 20 sec. pushups altogether). It was pretty tough. Now I'm doing about three sets of 8 x 30 sec. pushups(15 sec down, 15 sec up). Im working my way up to 3 sets of 10 reps. It's mostly a mental thing, as with pretty much every other physical challenge. I definitely feel like Im getting stronger from them though! But sometimes it feels like forever!

  • when i do sit ups can i put something heavy on my legs ? or it is specially done to keep them on the ground?

  • @hrabia99332 yes it is hard to keep them on the ground you have too relax them a lot! this is part of the exercise

    break after going down(2 breaths) then after going up how much ?
