This games fight mechanics are superior to the first one but the first one told the story better. I'm glad 3 and infinite world perfected the two (but infinite world was over balanced in attacks). Currently Budokai 3 is the best in the series.

This is probably my least favorite DBZ game, right next to Super DBZ. I even liked Sagas more than this game. What really pissed me off was the god damn board game system used for the story. It was annoying and just horrible.

@Ryanmiller70 i agree talk about disappointment, after the great story mode in budokai 1 they slapped us in the face twice in this and budokai 3 thanks god they fix it by the time that infinite world came out.. somewhat but then again that is the hated game in the bunch sadly.

@Saskayz I actually really liked Budokai 3. I thought that the ability to fly around the levels was very fun and I was really happy when they brought that back for Budokai Tenkaichi 2. I haven't played Infinite World, so I can't say anything about that.

man, i cant believe i still have this game for GameCube. I have just realized how fun this game was, and i always played for a while till dawn trying to stay alive in Dragon World, attempting to beat this game. It was just awesome! I just started over recently long before this vid was made, and i havent played again in a while. I think i will change that fact. FRIDAY.

Best in the series if you're going for whacky fusion combinations such as Goku+Hercule or Tien+Yamcha, however the mechanics in Budokai 3 were much more fun and there was much more to offer in 3 despite all of the under-developed playable characters such as Uub or others that only had 2 or 3 moves total you could pull off.

Budokai 2 was a huge improvement compared to 1 but Budokai 3 was just incredible. Infinite World was ok but I felt they removed more content compared to what they added.
