ya pretty much. but there are some cool things........ like you start out with the camera so you can take pictures of the pirates, and also instead of the ancient hyrulian language or whatever it is that Jumban and Valoo speak, it's in english so you know what they are saying. also instead of the normal hero's clothing or whatever it's invisible so you play the game pretty much in your PJ's.

Link is an adult in Wind Waker and I have proof. In the beginning, Link's grandmother said that Link is the same age as the hero from long ago. The hero from long ago she was referring to was from Ocarina of Time. Link's costume had those tights which OoT adult Link had but his younger self didn't have. Young Link in OoT is about 12 and with the sword, he became 7 years older so he was around 19 years old. Proving that Wind Waker Link is about 19 years old... He doesn't look that old! xD

twilightevans is correct, the legend did get screwed up and people were getting the wrong story (due to the flood), thats why grandma got confused and gave Link (at age 12) the green outfit.. OR it could be because grandmas so dang old that she cant remember her own grandsons age lol.
