Depends on where you're leaving from. If you take Taca from Miami, they usually go from $400-$500 per ticket. As far as spending money there....$200-$300 US and convert it to Lempiras and you should be cool.

I remenber that landing, is a little scary because when you see the pool you say "we landed" but then it disappers and there is water a again, but suddenly there is the airport and you realize you are not going to die jejeje
