I can't believe nobody has the scene where Pesci rips apart the witness who says "I'm a fast cook I guess...". That's the best scene in the movie IMO.

The part where he is explaining to the judge what a "yoot" is was not in the script it was an actual conversation between the two actors but they decided to keep the part in anyway. I love that part.
