  • my cat went missing last night and hasnt returned. hes 11 years old so hes a bit forgetful. he means the world to me so if you have any tips could you please reply to this comment. i know you will try your hardest thank you xx

  • a good way you can make sure you never lose kiki again is that some shelter offer tracking chips where it works with a satelite so you can see if she down the street or like down stair one of my friend says if it wasnt for the tracking chip she never would have found her dog

  • one of my mom's friends had their cat locked in a drawer for 18 days. no water, no food. AND he survived! it's insane, lol.

  • i had a cat lost just this day we can't find her, but let us see when she will come back tommorow

  • good job on ya video =)

  • Kiki was just trying to get to her momma in Arizona (: soo happy you found her! i prayed for you the whole time you were searching <333

  • thats sad good luck in finding her

  • @iceman0265 they did :)

  • I knwo you already found her,, but when i lost my snake it took 5 months to find her : ) just saying : P

  • my cat ran away for 3 days, i searched all over town 24/7 and caught a glimpse of him a few times, also found a litter of kittens before i got him back. but, he came back on his own, so my searching was for no reason. im glad you have her back now though. =]

  • i had a cat named kiki, she ran away.

  • my kitty delilah was gone for 3 weeks before i found her in the parking lot of my apartment complex. i had given up because we had a bad storm and it was getting extremely cold but she's back home safe now and im sooo happy your kitty is too!

  • I lost my kitty Squeek 3 days ago. She's no where to be found :( Where do you go on craigslist for the lost and found? I see a pet area but I'm not sure if that's where I post. I'm completely upset. I know she's just a car but she's help me and my family through some dark times. She's black and white, 2 years old. Gold eyes, Black spot on her pink nose, all black tail. She has a microchip and she isn't declawed. I'm putting signs up everywhere with a cash reward. If anyone could help me :/

  • so glad u found er! ik how its like 2 lose a cat! (luckily i found him tho) :):):):)

  • glad you found herrrr

  • Omg Leesha this made me cry. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I remember this time when my two dogs got out, and we all went crazy tying to find them. I was kind of young and I don't remember exactly how long they were gone, and how we got the information that we did. But surprisingly they where at a strip club down the road. :)

  • It's wonderful that you found her!

  • yaaaay after 16 days, you have found her!!

  • that got me teared up when i seen this. im really glad you found her shes so cute xx

  • glad you found her :)

  • leesha! I am SO beyond happy that you found her :)

much love to you and kiki!

  • my family used to have an indoor cat and he liked to go outside occasionally and he'd leave for days at a time and come back. I assume that he was hunting or something. So maybe she's still ok.

One time I went out of town and asked my roommates to take care of my dog. He's my baby. I've had him since he was itsy bitsy. and my roommates texted me to tell me they lost him as a joke. hilarious. they aren't my roommates anymore.

  • Has she turned up at all?

Let us know when you find her!

  • Hey doll i know your scared and worried about kiki. Cats have a great memory , and they know when you're thinking about them. Cat are curious by nature and if she got out she's probably exploring the world. No news is good news, try to focus and talk to kiki in your head and tell her to come back home. Hopefully a family got a hold of her and don't know she's got a microchip in her. I know she will come back to you . My dolce went missng for 2 days and came back home and wanted food.

  • Hey girl. I know how the feeling is when a pets ran off! I know you're feeling helpless and worried..My cat ran off twice so far. Slipped through the screen door without us knowing. She's an indoor cat, so I was freaking out because I didn't think she'd know how to handle it out in the "real world"... I put some food out by the door, and 5 days later at 4am I heard a meoooowwwwing. Put some food out! Her favorite treats, anything that with scent that will lead her home. Good luck & love to you.

  • have you fond her? my cat tends to go missing once in awhille shes normaly under the bed in a draw have you tried there? im so sorry i know how it feels to lose something you love. please let us know anything.xxxxx

  • Also, by the way.. maybe she did get locked outside of the door (hallway) and a neighbor took her in?? As him to knock and talk to all the neighbors!!!! Also, make sure all the vents were shut!

  • I'm sorry about you're cat, I have 3. If it makes you feel better at all. I was once sitting on my porch with my cat next to me, and a dog getting walked down the street spooked her, and she disappeared! I couldn't find her for a week!!! I was crying, and could barely go to school. Strangely enough, one morning, I was leaving the house for school and I heared a meowing coming from the bushes, and it was Silver!!!! She was so happy to see me, and I was in SHOCK!!!!!!!! You will find Kiki!

  • Check your drawers. I'm serious. When i got my first cat, he disappeared, the day I got him. He was gone for HOURS, seriously like 10 hours, I was searching the house for him, calling him, etc. Turns out one of my dresser drawers was left open and he crawled in, and then UNDER the drawer, idfk haha, either way he woke up from his extremely long nap and started meowing. I took the drawer out and found him. Good luck leesha<3

  • I used to have a cat as a child that was always trying to sneak out cus he wanted to play outside but we made him stay in cus he was declawed and not very city-savy being a house-pet and all but a few times a year he'd weasle his way out without us knowing and he'd wonder the neighborhood for a few days!! he'd come back when he was ready and wait outside the fron door. if the people in your complex know she's missing someone could very well find her sitting outside the entrance one day... <3

  • i no how you feel, my dogs is missin, he not the smartest/streetsmart and its raining and freezing cold...still no idea how he got out :'(

gd luck tho cats are super smart!!

  • Just keep up hope. There have been cats that have traveled across the US to get back home.

  • My cat got lost once. She climbed into a car and the guy let her off at the end of the road, thinking she would come back. Well she didn't. We had no idea where she went. We put up flyers and asked around. Finally someone we knew found her. They fed her, and eventually saw the posters, and called us. We got her back after a month!

  • Good Luck, its probably that she will return, once my cat was missing for one week, i live in an apartment and i searched all the week like crazy, asking to neighboors, looking under the cars and stuff, and i couldnt sleep at night looking at the window and thinking all sort of terrible things that could happen to her....but day 8 she returned, she scratched the door at midnight asking to get in xDD She even recognized the door!! (they are 4 apartments x floor)....So dont panic!!!

  • my dog went missing the other day he came back though i don't really know what to say other than i hope you find her cats our verry inteligent animals im sure shell find her way back

  • oh leesha :(

my best friend's cat went missing last year, there were thunder storms and everything, her cat is 19 human years old so they thought she'd never come back! A WHOLE MONTH LATER she came back! there's always hope! cats are like boomerangs!

  • she's probably hiding because she misses you!

  • I lost my kitten Rambo a few months ago because a room mate accidentally let him out (similar to what happened with kiki). my husband and i were greiving like we had lost a child! Rambo is our baby, so i know how you feel. After two terrible prank calls and talking to neighbors we found a neighbor that had him because he had followed her home (about 24 hrs later). she said he was waiting by our door though. Good luck! I hope you guys find Kiki!

  • i feel so sorry for u cuz i kno how it feels if u have a chip in her isnt that like a locater?

  • im so sorry to hear of ur kitty, my kitty also went missing she was an outside cat tho, i miss her so bad i raised her on a bottle, i hope u find her.

  • :o(

I hope you find her soon.

  • All our cats have (eventually) adventured outside during their life, so I can't say I have any experience with solely indoor cats. But we did have a cat who went missing for a few days when I was quite young. I don't know what my parents did to try and coax her back but to my knowledge she wandered home by herself. Cats are known to try and return to old homes when they're moved to a new home, so if she's outside she should return, or at least try to return to your apartment as close as she can.

  • dont worry! there have been so many times when my indoor cats have made a break for it when we opened the door. every single time though, even though my cats are all indoor, they have ended up sitting out on the porch waiting for someone to open the door. somehow they know thier way back home. trust me she'll turn up. if i lost my kitty I would be in the same mental wreckage you are :(

  • i have a cat that is the same way and we couldn't find for almost two days and she ended up being curled underneath the couch where we couldn't see her so have hope things will turn out for the best.

  • I have a cat as well and even thinking about him getting lost or something makes me sad so I totally know what you must be going through.. my cat Joey has disappeared several times for longer than normal which I don't know if this is just something that male cats do but I know that cats-especially in their younger age - like to expand their territory kind of or just go out exploring! I've heard of a cat being away for two weeks and then just coming home..so don't worry too much, she'll be back!<3

  • Also, cats are like aliens. I've seen my cat like dislocate most of its limbs to try and squeeze into places and then go completely back to normal. Cats can get into vents and get stuck there but it depends what type of vents you have, this is only likely in a house and if the people beneath you haven't heard anything than it's extremely unlikely.

  • Try not to think the worst, because it's most likely not that. My indoor cat got out once and we couldn't find her and then 3 days later we found her hiding under our neighbors porch! So she didn't go far but she was in a good hiding spot where it was hard to see. Tell your friend to try bringing a can of tuna or some cat treats with him when he goes looking, if he/you call her when there's food being brought out then he should be using that same call when he's looking outside. Best of luck!

  • I don't know if you got her back now. But, when my dog gets out we just wait and eventually she will get scared and come home. So maybe that'll help. I've had animals all my life so I know how you feel when their gone. And I hope that you find her.

  • I know how you feel about 5 years ago i left when my daughter was in the hospital for the night and when i came home the next day to feed all my animals, someone had killed my dog that i had outside and i never could find my cat ever again after that. Its a horrible feeling i know. It made it harder for me bc i lost 2 animals in 1 night plus my 9 month old daughter was in the hospital. It was heart breaking. I hope you find her

  • well cats are attached to mostly one person, and your mom, mom left. She probably is hiding....my cats do that when i leave the house for more than 5hours...

  • check the drawers, closets, cabinets, mattresses, top of closets, eeeverything. Cats are sneaky. I really hope you find her

  • you've probably already checked but check underneath your couches sometimes if your cat is a playful cat they can make a hole a climb in i hope you find her good luck

  • Okay so I completely understand how you feel, I have a cat and she's done the same thing before to me while I was away for about a week. Long story short she jumped out my window and hid. & You're right about indoor cats hiding because they don't know the outside world and it's scary. But good news, the don't run far from home. My cat was literally across the street hiding in a fern napping. Try looking for her inside the whole building in little spots you think she'd be comfy and dark.

  • I'm sooo sorry honeyy :( Ilyyy

  • If she did get out of the apt and she hasn't turned up someone in the complex might have seen her and kept her.. and even if you do go door to door it is possible that a neighbor could lie and say they haven't seen her. My bf had it happen to him with our dog. He saw him in their yard and when he went back to ask them about it they kept saying they hadn't seen him. They finally admitted that they found him and were trying to get my bf to sell him to them. I really hope you find her.

  • I started crying when I watched this. I hope you find your baby :(

  • CHECK Y'ALLS MATTRESS! My cat had made a hole on the bottom of ours and went missing. Turned out she had been sleeping there the whole time! Hope you find her!

  • make him check in chairs and all that! she might be stuck somewhere!

  • cats hardly ever get lost they always come back so dont worry its gonna be fine!

  • you poor thing! i hope you find her!

  • I really hope you will find her very soon! I don't like you being sad :( I just want to give you a big hug right now!

  • this is so sad :( - i really hope you find her and she comes back!

  • I one time came home from work and I was looking every where for my cat and I was also on 3rd floor. I just had a feeling to check the window and my cat did fall out the screen it was flapping. I immediately ran outside to first level and he was hiding behind the persons grill. I picked him up and straight to the vet we went. Turned out after a $200 bill the cat was perfectly fine. I could not believe that had happen.

I wish you the best of luck. I think your doing everything you can.

  • This actually happened to me before. My cat went missing for a day a few years ago--which was abnormal. I was worried and frantic just like you are but later the next night I heard meowing coming from the cupboards. I freaked out and searched everyone not finding him; but it turns out there was some sort of hole in between the cupboards and the wall so he was actually IN the wall. I didn't think that was possible.

So dont worry hon just dont give up--you'll find her (:

  • My cat Tiger was an indoor/outdoor cat. One time he went missing for almost a week. I was completely beside myself... Then one day I was walking home from school and I came up to my front porch and I heard frantic meowing, then I saw my Tiger running up to me! He was dirty and lost some weight, but he was home. I live right across from some old mill buildings, we think he may have been stuck. Don't lose hope no matter what! I'm sure Kiki will be home before you know it! You're in my thoughts!

  • my dog ran away for 2 whole days and i completely lost hope cause i didnt think it would be able to find its way home but it did! I was so relieved and happy. Your cat is somewhere dont worry :)

  • She will come back, be strong :)

  • i reeeeeeeeeeally hope you find her i love your videos and i like you so much you seem like a very nice person so best of luck finding kiki just stay positive... at times you might think that´s crap but really if you try you will find her

  • I think shes in the building somewhere. Ask the humane society about their cat traps and put her fav treats in them . good luck! I really hope you find her.

  • Don't worry hun, I'm sure Kiki will be back soon. There's always hope. There was actually a story in the news in the UK a few weeks ago about a family who found their cat after 6 years and it was like the cat had never been away. They had given up all hope and then one day, there she was. They normally come back within a few weeks but don't give up hope. The fact that Kiki has a microchip means it will be much easier to find her again. Keep your spirits up hun xx

  • awh chin up hun..... Ive lost my cat before and he was gone for two weeks and I thought Id never see him again but 2 weeks later he came home and I brought him to the vet to make sure he was ok and I told the vet what happened and the vet told me that sometimes male cats can do that but their really not running away from home their looking for a female cat to mate with x

  • I forgot to mention, We left her lil bed outside w/ some food just in case she would come back, we hoped she would hopefully lay in it till we got home. On the day she came back it was like 5 in the morning, my cat scratched the door LOL it was her way of knocking. :)

  • My cat Simba, she went missing for 3 days, she is an indoor cat, has been all her life. It was devastating! But she came back home! all dirty but safe and sound, and very very VERY hungry AND thirsty!!! Where she went and what she did, we will never ever know, but she came back! So stay positive and don't loose hope! Soon she will find her way back to you. xoxo :D

  • WOW, i know the feeling....i lost my dog and he was missing for 3 days....then there was a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane so it broke my heart to leave without my dog....the entire trip we prayed and prayed and asked st. francis of assisi to watch over him and when it was time to return he eventually found us......have faith hon.....god bless u and kiki

  • Im so sorry :( I hope you find her. God bless you guys! I have you in my prayers

  • Have you found her yet? Have you tried setting out her litterbox, so she can smell herself? Of setting out a tshirt you've worn recently so she can smell you?

  • My kitten, punkin, I had to leave him at home when I moved out, every time I call home, my mom puts the phone close to him, and I call out his name, and he talks back to me... literally meows back, so what BEdvotion said, it is very possible that kiki will show up !

I'm so sorry you have to go through this :( I couldn't imagine.

But you have my support 1000000000%,

so please keep us posted ! I really hope you for baby kiki :( <3

  • My cat in an indoor cat and though she is not supposed to go outside, like kiki, she runs to the door when she hears it and often enough, she sneaks out. The first time she did this, I freaked. But she found her way home. She sneaks out often but she always comes back. Sometimes I open the door and she is out there just waiting to come back in. I think Kiki will find her way back home soon. Oh, my cat sometimes likes to hide inside the boxspring of my bed!

  • Aww bb. I have a good story for you. I used to let my 2 cats play in the yard at my old house, and they were afraid to jump over the fence so they never left the yard. One day my parents let them out while i was at school, and when I got home Sally was nowhere to be found. I was such a mess for two weeks, wondering if she was cold or hungry, or god forbid dead. Finally, after two weeks, she came back!!! So just know that your cat loves you and she'll do what she can to get back to you.

  • aww that's so sad..you had me crying!

  • I have a cat that is not only a complete indoor cat, but also slightly retarded. Or slow, or whatever is the politically correct term now. Anyway, the first time he got outside, I totally freaked out, and he was gone all day and most of the next day, but he showed up at the door in the afternoon VERY happy to be home.

Cats find their way home all the time; really they do. I had one find me from three miles away. So, don't worry, I'm sure she'll be home soon and ready to be cuddled. :)

  • I really hope u find her! i have two cats and cant imagine one of them getting lost! im so sorry, but dont worry, u'll find her soon! tell us when u do! good luck sweety!

  • God, I hope you find kiki. I lost my pet once and I was devastated but I just kept at it, got it's brother to go after it and tried all the thing that he liked but it didn't work. But one day he just came back and I was so happy. Hope it helps love you loads and I hope you find kiki soon

  • I hope you find kiki soon =(

  • Good luck! :-(

I could understand you... if my baby cat would be gone suddenly..I would freak out *.*

  • I hope you find Kiki. I really do. This must be so hard on you. I know what it's like to have an animal go missing. I hope you find her.

  • I had a dream that you found your cat last night! I watched your video and a few hours later I went to sleep and that is what I dreamt about! Im sure you will find Kiki, just be patient, even if she got out she will find her way home.

Also my best friends cats name is Kiki and she is black too lol

    Goodluck! <3

  • DID YOU CHECK BEHIND YOUR FRIDGE/WASHING MACHINE? if you have any big pieces for furniture check behind them she might be trapped between it and the wall. that happens to my cat all the time

  • Let us know when you find her x

  • don't worry hun our cat ran away one day and she turned up a couple of days later outside my school. i don't know if you are religous but try praying - i will pray for kiki

  • don't worry, i'm sure everything will be okay. she's a quirky cat and i expect she's behind a cabinet or bed waiting for you to call her so she can spring out onto you.

  • My mom says cats need to go out and explore I'm sure shell find her way home or maybe she never even left she's probebly in the front yard hiding and doesn't know what to do. :( I'm sorry though I know what it's like to loos a cat

  • When i was young my cat went missing. She always acted like she was going to run outside and leave, but in 26 years of her life she never actually left. When we found out we started crying because she was old and probably wouldn't know where to go. Then, a week later I woke up to this weird meowing, so I went to the front door and found her on the porch crying to come inside and eat. Everything will work out, don't worry! :)

  • this happend to me before here is some advice when i lost my i cried when i lost my but cat snickers got lost but we surched for 4 weeks and couldent find here what we did was put a food dish out and put a video next to it and turnsse out when we wacthed the fotage before she got lost a person took her she is in horrible conditiion but i hope you find kiki:) :( !?

  • A couple of years ago my indoor cat went missing for almost two weeks. We searched all over for her and put up ton of flyers. We had just about give up trying to find her, then one night we heard a weird noise coming from one of the windows. We looked outside and there she was! Don't give up hope!

  • My cat went missing 8 days ago. She was also a indoor cat. I did the same with the flyers I put a baby monitor on my front porch so if she comes home at night I will here her cry. I also set a live trap with fresh tuna every night, and yesturday I puchased a camera that takes a picture when something walks in front of it so I know if she has come home. Good luck with your cat I know the pain so well I am heart broken. I will send thoughts of good luck for you and your kitty

  • her*

  • Someone might have found kiki and took him in too feed him. So dont worry. You'll find Kiki :)

  • im so sorry... so so sorry. i wish you the best and i'm sure that you are gonna find kiki soon. I'm sure about it, everything it's gonna be alright.

  • Is she fixed? If not then she may have gone into heat. A cat that is in heat will find a way out. If this is the case she will probably return once she is "done" and you will be a parent to a litter of kittens in a few months. Our very young cat did this the week before she was doing to be fixed and returned a week...yes a week later like nothing happened. Praying for her safe return!!

  • awww.. She probably is just hiding and misses you. my cat always went into hiding when i wasn't home.. I hope you find your kitty!!!

  • i know how you feel, my puppy got lose 3 times and two of the times he was gone over night and the other time he was gone for 2 and a half days and we were for sure something got ahold him because i live out in the woods in the middle of nowhere and theres lots a bigger animals here and we were for sure he was gone, but we had signs and were out calling for him constantly and we ended up going right by the area he was so he had to have heard us calling but i guess he was scared n wouldnt come

  • @evcsgirl811 so that may be what your kitten is doing, but when he was found he had went about 2 miles down the road from us and got into someones house! lol but they saw his tags and called us and we came and got him, another time he came back on his own, and when he was gone 2 days my friends uncle found him and he was walking distance from my house and couldnt find his way back

  • @evcsgirl811 , i think he has things wrong in his head cause when he wasnt even 10 weeks old he was in a car wreck and think he hit his head and it knocked his brain out i think sometimes lol hes crazy

but im sure your kitten will be found, i tore myself up so bad the 3 times and in the end we found him, im sure youll find her

lol sorry so long, didnt have enough room! lol

  • I'm thinking she's fine but someone found her and took her in. Hopefully they will see the fliers!

  • Have you put fliers around your apartment building? Maybe someone found her wandering around the building and took her in.

  • My indoor cat got out once with out anyone noticing. One day we opened the front door and there he was. My aunt had her two huskies stolen, and usually when huskies go missing they stay gone because they cannot find their way home, about a week or two later they BOTH randomly appeared at my uncles job. They have never been there before so no one knows how they knew to be there. It was also amazing that they managed to stay together. Have a little faith, these things do work out.

  • my pet cat keeps on running away (i think hes getting food from somewhere else) but he does come home!!! and an amazing story! my pet snake got out his tank once and went outside we lost him for about 3 days but he found his way back! no joke i was so shocked to see him! i hope kiki comes back safe and sound good luck :) x

  • when my dog Chula ran away I called the local pet hospital and sure enough they called me back and i got her the next day! i hope your find your kitty pronto, im sure she is just hiding. hope you get news from your kitty soon.

  • Good luck with your kitty. I lost 2 cats, one I found again 2 weeks after in a tree!! The other kitten still missing since last March....:( All tears are not evil...... I cried just watching you kid (because I have been there....I cry for pet...and I'm your mom's age!!) It shows that you have Love to give and this is Good in itself. I know It doesn't help with the kitten but hey don't give up yet.....she may come back.

  • maybe tyler could put you on speaker phone, and if she hears your voice she will come out to see you. it's worth a shot hun : ) good luck sweetie! xx

  • @BEdevotion But people sound kind of different over the telephone :/

  • @recurringtimes ya...but still worth a try

  • don't worry she'll come back you'll see when she finished with her adventure she'll come like nothing happend.

  • good luck leesha. <3

  • I feel so bad that this has happened to you! I really hope she's okay and that you find her! <3

  • my cat was away over a weak and she came back! she was in a garage and the owners were on holidays so she was in there and she had to wait .... but your cat will come back!!!!

  • Ill keep u tyler n kiki in my thoughts n prayers. My only advice is to stay strong and keep at it! Meaning keep posting flyers, craigslist adds, talking to neighbors. I have hope she will come home and I truly wish you the best! I know this is very tough so hang in there!!!

  • She'll come back. My cat disappeared for a good week or two and then showed up. she's probably upset that you left and may have gone out looking for you. But don't worry, cat's are very smart creatures and have an unbelievable tracking device for home. It's crazy. When my sister moved back home from her apartment across town, her cat would travel all the way across town to her old apartment and my sis would have to go back and walk her back home. It happened so many times! So don't worry!

  • aww hun i hope you find her :)

  • i have 4 cats and i've gone through this many times. you just have to wait it out, as hard as that sounds. she'll come back, dont worry :)

  • shes probably upset that you left, my old cat and even my dog get really mad when we come home from a vacation or anything and my cat would hide and not even come out from hiding. im sure shes just upset that you left, and the minute you walk in, she'll come back :) good luck, and hope you find her <3

  • Don't worry Leesha. Everything happens for a reason and cats are tough. Kiki will make it and she'll find her way right back where she needs to be ^_^

  • i know this might sound bad but go ask your neighbors cuz not all people are good

  • Animals usually hide when they're hurt to avoid predators. Maybe that's the case. o.o;

  • Could your apartment manager have gone into your apt?

  • i pray to god you find your kitty<3 anyone who is a pet person knows how important they are and how much they mean to us!!!

  • Aww... do you think there's a possibility that somebody on your floor has taken it? Or a friend maybe?

  • My cat was recently hit by a car in front of my house ): It made me so mad because I had just seen him earlier that day, and if my sister hadn't had her stupid dog over in the back yard, my kitty wouldn't have been out running around. But he was an outdoor cat, so sadly that was kinda likely to happen. Are you sure your cat isn't stuck behind some furniture or something? Or just hiding because it misses you? Anyway I want to give you support because I know how it feels to lose pets ):

  • You will find her Leesh! I know it's hard not to think the worst but try not to. My last dog freaked out around loud bangs and during 4th of July we thought she ran away. Our entire family was outside for an entire night looking for her and it was such a mess. BUT we found her cowering in the basement about 6 hrs later! I think animals just need *time* when they are freaking out. Good luck hun, I'll be sending positive vibes your way

  • I knew I didn't want to watch this video. Gawd! You have me crying!! I hope to God you find her! I wish I could be there to help you find Kiki. You've already done all the ideas I had, so I can only offer my prayers and wishes. My furry babies mean the world to me so I know how you feel. I hope she hears your voice soon and comes running...

  • Aww! Leesha I'm so sorry. Losing a pet can be so hurtful because they really become a part of the family. But for just a bit of humor has anyone told you that "Kiki" in Tagalog (a dialect of Filipino) refers to the female private part.

I hope you find her. I've lost a pet before and I cried for a long time.

  • Aw Leesha stay strong! Either she's hiding or maybe she did get out but cats always find their way home. Just tell your bf to leave out food incase she is hiding. Good luck!

  • but a money reward

  • I have had 4 cats in total and I had one that actul died the other one we gave away. Either she is sick or must have ran out somewhere withouth him seeing or the window ask around were you live and everything or mabye you migth have packed her in your suitecase and you dont wnna hear my last gusse but I sure you can find her dont worry its hard to lose a cat my cats have gone missing but they came back the next day stay strong

  • Check local vet clinic's too since sometimes they keep lost pets. I hope you find her!! = )

  • i'm sure you'll find kiki! stay strong leesha! :)

  • im sooo sorry i hope u find hur soon..... be strong! im sure once ur back at home u will find her.... best of luck finding ur baby!<3

  • I've read cats have like a gravity/gps thing built in to them (i really don't know how to explain it) so they can always find their way back home... or.. your neighbors stole her. My Prisilla aka "Pri" went missing and she was gone for weeks, and one day we saw her escaping from this ladies house... i guess she was holding her hostage.

  • my kitten hides until i get home from school i think ur kitty just misses you

  • Aww, Leesha, i really really hope Kiki turns up, i think they almost like "pick" an owner and when they go away the cat can act all strange, i understand how upsetting it was my cat did this when my mom got taken into hospital and when she got out the cat was sat by the door when we opened it

  • wow i'm so so sorry hun i hope you guys find her soon!, she's probably hiding since you left, don't get discourage!

  • Cats secrete a scent from their paws which allow them to sniff their way back home. I'm sure she'll make it back and i'll definitely pray for you and Keke. Don't worry there has been a cat that lived in the U.S. and made his way to France on a ship and still ended up back home.

Keke'll be back :) And like the others here have said she might just miss you and is hiding. After all she is still pretty young she must miss you terribly. You seem like a loving kitty momma. ;)

  • I really hope you find her, because almost 2 yrs later, i still cry about my kitty going missing.

  • Cats are really weird from what I understand as far as behavior goes... My teacher told me that when her son left for college, his cat and him were really good buddies, when he came back for thanksgiving break the cat totally avoided him and ignored him. Almost as if like "you ignored me now I'm doing the same" but when he came back for Christmas the cat ran to his arms as soon as he went through the door. You'll find Keek's (: don't worry.<3

  • Watching this with you crying made me tear up too :( I'm so sorry you lost Kiki, she will turn up I'm sure. She misses her mommy!

  • Hang in there, sweetie. I hope she turns out to just be hiding. I thought my cat had ran away several times, but she always just found really strange places to hide. Hoping that's what happened to your kitty too. *hugs*

  • Praying for a safe return!

  • We live in the woods and our cats would get out all the time. But cat's know where they live and they know where their food is. I doubt she got all the way out of the building so, like you said, she is probably just hiding. She will come back soon.

  • I almost lost my dog Teddy. It was 6am, we were moving and had to leave for the airport, and my dad took him for a walk. He came back and said Teddy had slipped out of his halter and run away. That's impossible, so my dad must have tried to get rid of him ... he didn't like Teddy much. We looked everywhere and couldn't find him.

We stepped out the door at 6:30 to leave for the airport, and he was sitting on the porch. Luckily he found his way home, and just in time too!

  • I know exactly How you feel ! Iv been there before my cat who I love so so much went missing for about 5 days we looked every where all day everyday and It turned out my neibours where on holiday and she got into their house through their catflap but couldn't get out again, but they found her when they got back and now she's home again. I really hope u find her best wishes that she returns home safley xx

  • I've had cats all my life and there is always a point where they're run off and disappeared for a few day to even weeks... but then out of no where they just pop up! :D So, I'm praying that your kitty comes home safe. I'm sure wherever she is, she's just exploring. Good thing you have that microchip :) that's an even better chance at getting her back!

    *hugs*

  • don't cry hun :'( Kitties get upset when you leave them, my friend couldn't find their little kitty but it turns out she was curled up in an item of clothing that belonged to her because I think it reminded her of her owner. Cats are kooky creatures and can hide anywhere! I nearly threw my old kitten used to hide in tissue boxes and when I went out for the weekend he'd hide under my bed curled up in something that belonged to me <3 Xxx

  • Your in Arizona!! I lived there and now I just moved away to Iowa.:( Phoenix was my shopper. We left for a divorce.. And Im sorry for your pet :(

  • I have never lost a pet but I have four cats, and I know this must be awful, but I have my fingers crossed for you and kiki, lots of love

  • I know how you feel, when Garfield was a kitten he got out somehow early in the morning when either my mom and I left for work and school or when my sister when out to smoke or something. I got home later that day and couldn't find him and I started freaking out, I didn't think he would go outside. My mom found him when she was walking up the stairs, he was really scared and but other wise ok. Needless to say, he'll get close to the door but hates it outside. I'm positive you'll find her <3

  • I've been in the same situation a few weeks ago.

My cat went missing for 2 weeks. And when i started conforming about it i had the biggest surprise. I was comming home from school and i heard some meowing and... for intuition i called my cat and the meowing just went stronger till he finally showed up +.+

I was so happy. I mean.. 2 weeks.. no food... no nothing..

All i want to say is don't give up. Maybe you'll have a surprise. Maybe cats do know they're way back home. I wish u luck ;)

  • Ahhh I started crying so hard when you started crying :( I'm sorry Leesha, I hope that you guys find her <3

  • And sometimes cats just like an adventure. My in-laws and my best friend's mom both have indoor cats that zip out of the house when you open the door just because they like being outside. Once she gets her fill, she'll probably wander back. Or wander towards where there are people to get food. And, because chips are more common now a days, you'll probably get a call from a vet who identifies her. Generally speaking, people want to do the right thing. I'm sure someone will find her. <3

  • OMG!!! My dog is missing right now!

  • The other day on the way home I saw three little boys (about 7 years old) holding a cat. I was a little nervous about what they were going to do. I mean, how often do you see three little boys with a loose cat, you know? And it turns out they were going over to compare it to a flyer that had been hanging on a pole from the cat's owners. And now that cat's safe at home. I'm really sorry you're going through this, but I'm confident that when someone sees Kiki, they'll bring her home to you. <3

  • HUGSSSSSSSSSS!
