  • @c2ash No, it's designed as a pre-workout drink NOT a post-workout drink, the creatine just helps to deliver ATP to your muscles, tho the creatine in superpump250 contains 1g of creatine and that's not even much, and certainly nothing that's going to help you recover on your days off, buy a bag of creatine instead and consume it everyday, 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 directly after your workout(just 1 in the morning on non-training days)

    and 1 serving is 5g.

  • @jcrsix I would buy a Bcaa supplement, the problem is i think you can get over board with supplements and it ends up becoming very costly.

  • @scott1506 It does have Bcaa's in it. I only use superpump 250 atm to get my Bcaa's I might buy bcaa's soon but not sure. I heard you get 50% of the Bcaa's you need from superpump 250.

  • 1st off NOOOO a 16 yr old should NEVER use a product like this EVER!!!! Way to young man!

    2nd if you read the directions on the product it clearly states 2-4 ounceswater per scoop Any more & you are watering product down. Get hydrated before you take this (you should be hydrating properly regardless!) & then take it.

    This is easily the best preworkout product I've ever taken & I've take all the big ones & have been training over 25 yrs.

  • you are too young, you should be using only whey protein until you are about 18. creatine is debatable, but you should still wait. DEFINATELY do not take pre workout pumps, pro-hormones, and obviously anabolic steroids until you are older.

    Just workout and eat ALOT and you will gain muscle, just dont over do it by maxing out on weights and overtraining.

  • i've tried super pump and it is decent, but for me i like nano vapor or no xplode, im on no xplode right now and i do cell mass after my workout and i have gotten great results, i usally try not to eat before a workout. but nice review man.. i might try it again after this cycle of no xplode

  • If started using Sizeon 3 week ago, and its honestly giving me more pump than Superpump 250. On my arms day i had never felt such a pump amazing.. try both

  • One thing I noticed about superpump in regards to the "dumping" problem is that while the blue raz would give me the shits, the grape does not, and it works out because I like the grape flavor better anyways. One lil tidbit that people may or may not know is that superpump250 was infact changed a lil to eliminate the dumping problem. I believe they lowered the level of phosphorous in it. So theres I think like 3 versions of the stuff. The new stuff is supposed to be dump free

  • Using it on non training days is a waste man, trust me ive tried it. It helps a bit replenish the muscle...but just drink water for that. THey want you to take it on non training days so the bottle is consumes faster :p

    Exactly. A good technique is to use typical creatine monohydrate (you can get like 1000 grams for $20) on off days, and then save Sizeon/Superpump for your actual workout days.
