Interesting to think the arcade version ran off of a improved version of the Atari Jaguar hardware. Just with some fixes to certain programming bugs and a slight increase in CPU speed and memory.
@Ebb1993isgreat PSX: Game is at full frame (no metal gate foreground), music is normal pitched (arcade version like) Saturn: gate foreground, music's is pitched down, half frame screen but normal gameplay otherwise.

lol i remember me and my mate used to rinse this game at the arcade wen it was out. remember it being pretty hard for a light gun game

What's the difference between the Playstation and Saturn version? Aren't they the same thing?
