man this guys incompetence pisses me off, who let him demo a palm pre. it looks like its his first time using it. he should be one of those walmart guys that says "Hello" to everyone as they come in!!

It is called "Pre" because it is Pre-dictive such as the way it searches your phone , then does a Google search simply by typing a few letters (no need to open a browser)
