We wanted change FOR THE BETTER, not Obamacare that just dumps everyone into a failing medicare system which can't support everyone sustainably, and requires us to pay through the nose for it by way of a lot of hidden costs and taxes and fines for not joining it willingly despite a constitutional right NOT TO! When the Constitution was authored the states recognized the need for a central govt., but feared it would become too powerful. To prevent this, the framers designed Article 1 Section 8 which defines all the things Congress could legislate. It's a short list that does not mention social programs.

The states, still fearful, needed more so the 10th Amendment was created. It bans the Federal govt from reaching over those bounds.

The doc doesn't give the Fed Govt. "implied powers". It clearly enumerates the list of powers the states allow the Fed Govt to have, and because the states still feared it would become too powerful, the 10th made it especially clear. Heathcare's not on the list, therefore running it isn't legal outside the state level.

Here's another point, now whenever something begins to sound good with this guy "Obama" there's always a catch in underlying information that is never shared with the public, examples: "Digital medical records?" Sounds like the RFID or VERI Chips they've been trying to introduce to the public & medical info isn't all they'll have on it. Obesity/Weight Issues?
