If you want to know how to get roads already when you place zones go on options click on play options then go all the way down and if you see something say grid or none click on them

First of all, you need a straight "beach". Second, you know how when your about to place a building, you see blue grids? Make the grids half on water and half on land (turn the building if nessecary)

Well you make different zones, residental, industrial and commerical. Once you made a zone building work will start by it's self provding you have supplied water and power.

if you complete the let's demolish it mission, you get the indian hero building, origin staple, if you complete the first let's provide power mission, you get the asian hero building, temple seiten and if you complete the make the assistant independent mission, you get the military hero building, great general system. thats all i know. i didn't complete the other missions.
