  • Hey Big Nige this is a great workout, but after doing the Tough Mudder it was more running then anything else. The obstacles were short so be sure to get those miles under your belt

  • @ptcflores Hey thanks for the heads up! I've been doin 5k 2 days a week, and 1.5 miles 3 days. I am more worried about the altitude than anything....any tips for that?
