@EternalIndia, don't try to conceal the fact that "India is stealing waters from the rivers that runs thorough pakistan" behind the recent flooding , this kind of flooding happens on such scale once in a blue moon, last time Indus flooded 80 years back,

india is willfully diverting the water from those rivers, this is a fact and you can't negate this, you can check Google-earth and look for barrages in Indian side on Ravi(Pathankot) and sutleg(ferozepur) before they enter into pakistan
