I wish the Leviathan's were more threatening. The concept is great. God's first ever creations, the first monsters, awesome. But, aside from being incredibly hard to kill, there's nothing really scary about them. I mean, there's no real plan, there's not much that they do aside from eat people and shapeshift.

@humptyskillet62 From what I've gathered, they do have a plan. Weakening the populous by obtaining positions of power and eventually open a world wide all you can eat buffet.

@humptyskillet62 This is why I don't think Supernatural should go past Season 8. The writers are running out of ideas. So far, they haven't jumped the shark but they are on the razors edge in my opinion. I say, one more season and bow out gracefully, because frankly, I am disappointed in the Leviathan storyline. Unless there is a huge payoff or plot twist, then I am going to remain unsatisfied.

I'm not sure about anyone else, but for me - the exit of Castiel didn't seem like that much of a big deal... It wasn't mourned properly either - so maybe I'm just getting my hopes up, but I think Cas will be back - either that, or a lot of angry fans XD

The writers know that there's a high demand for Misha Collins from the audience and they've made it clear that they want to end the Castiel story line. Just because Castiel is dead doesn't mean Jimmys body can't be occupied.
