  • If I want to add melon seeds to the cake, do I add just before I steam it. My hometown sells this with melon seeds.

  • @vvien Hi, you mean on top, if so add melon seeds between on steaming time, before the batter turn to cake, otherwise the melon seeds will fall to the bottom :-)

  • could i use another vessel for steaming the cake besides the bamboo steaming pan ( i don't have one) that you have? could i use a regular cake pan? thanks in advance for your reply

  • @aznblurgal Hi, I never use another vessel on this dish, but I think you can try and perhaps the steaming time is a little longer. Thank you for your support :-)
