Did the makers of this movie trailer actually SEE the film??? It's depicting a war. A military conflict in its true reality. The impotency of those in charge of solving the situation. Of how enormous human ego can actually be..... and all these leading to a bloody tragedy.

probably not this one, but highly possible. Soldiers were stepping on and getting killed by land mines every day in Balkan's War. Both sides were planting them wherever and whenever they could, just another war strategy. The Government is still trying to clear remaining burried mines up to this date. It's was the director's creativity and imagination to make this story seem so real and that's why this movie went on to win an Academy Award. The movie depicts how it really was, no BS.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the person who made this preview never even watched this movie. I showed this to some friends of mine who hadn't seen the movie and they all thought it was going to be a sort of comedy. After the first 60 secondes the music becomes all lighthearted and happy sounding. Seems odd that this is the actual preview.

That said, it's much harder to sell a black comedy than it is to sell a funny war film.
