  • thanks friend. Yes this is mostly common sense, but I wanted to make this.

  • hey i have a question

I usally start off the day with 2 eggs just normally cooked and a nice bowl of oatmeal with almond milk and for lunch i usally go for pastas or rice or sandwiches or other things in that direction but my problem is dinner time do you have any idea what a vegitarian can eat for dinner that also consumes dairy thats good for a very active person?

i usally catch myself having a protein shake and a banana and some nuts but i dont know if that will do

    also great videos =]

  • I usually eat lots of pasta for dinner and have a small lunch. It seems you have a large lunch and small dinner. I usually eat a stir fry of vegetables for dinner with rice or pasta and bread. Your on the right track though. If you want dairy try something with cheese, or yogurt.

  • yeah that sounds good alright thank you =D

  • ShinobiMystic! Yo. I have a question. What type of food do you suggest to eat as a breakfast? Instead of the typical American breakfast ( waffles, pancakes, bacon, and so on.)

  • Eat lots of wheat based food, Oat meals and such. That will give you the large amount of wheat that the food pyramid gives us. Also I like to eat eggs prepared simply for my protein during the day.

Pankakes have white four, and Bacon is loaded with protien yes, but too much fats and sodium.

Almost everything is good in moderation.

    But basically 1:21

I hope this helps, Thanks for watching.

  • great video mike. it is cool you put these out right when i am beginning a new phase in my life and a hardcore diet i started 3 days ago and snacks i am eating fruit and water and stuff and no pop and i used to drink alot. so it is cool and exciting for me to get slim. hopefully you will see. then i can be more ninja. lol

  • Yeah, I thought this should be good especially since many people have the ideas about nutrition but don't understand what a balanced diet means. I hope this helps and that you can stick to your food regime. I wish you best and you'll be looking great in no time. Yeah soda is really bad, for your teeth and stomach.

  • I have one question about eating alot of small meals a day. Should you stomach constantly be working and digesting food all the time? Maybe if you are in constant motion training. But I eat once a day and snack on fruit later in the day

  • I don't really know. You should ask a doctor. But I do know that when you eat blood is forced to your stomach to help make it churn and digest the food. Thanks for watching friend.

  • Finally someone was able to summarize all the info from books or websites like you say and put them in these twenty minutes of clear and easy to use info.

Very well done, friend.Five stars as allways, stay alert.

  • Thank you I am glad you have learned something. There is not much to diet and nutrition when you understand it.

  • your right there are many kinds of fats, I guess I was not being specific enough. I thank you for your comment friend. Great job.

  • Nice to see you back. This is really helpful information.

  • I am glad I could help. I will be assessing my diet after the Christmas and new years eating.

    Peace

  • hence my new year resolution! maybe we should go a little deeper into this subject later on,from some of what i've read and understood a warriors diet and nutrition is a very critical part of his M,B,S.

  • I hope you can stick with it. If we want superior performance we need to eat well to fuel our body. We are what we eat.

  • I didn't know about the misinterpretation. That does explain why at times i'll pig out then feel stuffed but not satisfied.

  • Yup!

  • your good this

  • thank you shinobi 5*

    god bless
