What I love about this movie is it makes fun of both sides... republican and democrat...and with an all star cast.. Lemmon (RIP) Garner, and Akroyd. How can you go wrong!!! ha ha ha xD

Matthau was originally slated to play Douglas but had to back out due to illness. These two were good together in this one--it was actually the first movie I ever saw with Lemmon, and I thought they were both very credible in these roles. In fact, as an added bonus, when I first saw this, I remember thinking Kramer looked like Ross Perot and Douglas looked like Bob Dole. (Remember, this came out soon after the '96 election).
