umm,RATHER than seeing an actual VISUAL REPRESENTATION, I just see you matching pictures to lyrics, like "hang on son" and a picof a kid hanging on to the side of a horse, or "mommas got something to tell you " with a picture of a mother holding a baby. "take the higher road" *picture of a road" and every time he says MAN its just a picture of a man. Visual representation of WORDS, but not the lyrics meaning,just matching pictures to words

@chickenbiscito Hah, yeah maybe some of the imagery was a little too matched to the lyrics, but I did want to at least have some of it tie in with what Maynard was saying. I suppose it is an interpretation in the sense that it is all about the setting, with the theme of making it through a hard life in a hard environment with a hard attitude which I partly took from the song's lyrics.
I understand.It is much like the video,walking through the desert,matched by your sepia tone pictures.I liked the video,it was great and you did good.I'm glad you are open to constructive criticism,not get FURIOUS like some people.You admitted there was a bit TOO matchy with SOME of the imagery. I like his music, but I don't care about Maynard.I would have HONESTLY been MORE interested in a video by you showing a visual representation of what the song means to YOU, not maynard. :)
@chickenbiscito I hadn't seen the video when I made this, but they are similar. Western imagery is a fairly obvious theme, I guess. Your criticism is spot on, but it is funny because if you check my other puscifer video, which is poorly and hastily made, you will see a lot of people criticizing me for not interpreting the song the way Maynard intended. I suppose you can't please everyone, but if I pleased at least someone, then that is a start :)

i cant even work windows movie maker correctly,ill stick with digital art lol,honestly its not fair for me to just point out the things i dont like,I DID like the video,anything is only my opinion,but i DID very much enjoy the video,thats why i subscribed.
I'd rather just watch the official vid =p
