This isn't a true bluff. It just seems that way because he had nothing but a straight draw. Vahedi actually played that hand real well, he just didn't catch anything on the river. It was a risky play nonetheless, but not an intentional bluff. Unfortunately, Farha had a full house so I guess that's where this situation turned sour for Vahedi, but he didn't know. Full houses with pocket pairs are hard to see coming.

This isn't a true bluff. It just seems that way because he had nothing but a straight draw. Vahedi actually played that hand real well, he just didn't catch anything on the river. It was a risky play nonetheless, but not an intentional bluff. Unfortunately, Farha had a full house so I guess that's where this situation turned sour for Vahedi, but he didn't know. Full houses with pocket pairs are hard to see coming.

It's the manner in which he bluffed which was too aggressive, and the manner in which before he folded he shows all this emotion. He wasn't cool with his play at all. He was horrible. Good god this guy was throwing tells left and right. Makes me wonder WTF he was even doing in an event like this. compare this with the always cool and collected Farha.

@johnsmith7490 The computer RNG which is what "shuffles" the deck is not 100 % random. No computer can be 100% random. Therefore online sites use other ways to correct this.Most sites use Mouse movements and event timing.By using multiple forms of information to "shuffle" the deck they say that it is fair.There are also the many real facts as to why online poker plays worse as far as badbeats then live. But it all comes down to the Random Number Generator and these "other" inputs of random info

That wasn't a bluff. Do you understand anything about poker? I wouldnt call that going wrong. If the dude raised on the river to knock sammy off, that would be a "perfect example of when bluffing goes wrong". But he didn't - he semi bluffed the turn with a gutter and put no more chips into the pot when he missed his hand.
