that's the family jokes, the ugliest of the family, etc etc. the biggest nose in the family, i guess, if not the father started it, the parents allowed it , and those times, ugliest or this and that about physical appearance were common jokes, we only now realize that it is traumatising after few yaers of effect. Those times,it was not a big deal, but if u have the money to do something about it, that is the first thing that anyone would do as they think it's their deficiency.
