This may be a good tip for you if you dont already know it. If you play the song of time in reverse time will slow down time and if you play the first 3 notes by doubling each note you will skip to the next day.

@SiriusPP Yeah, I was having trouble remembering off the top of my head too because that's the thing...you don't need this mask at all, lol. All it does is make the Romani's Mask quest easier, but you have to do the Romani's Mask quest to get into the Milk Bar to do this quest...so it's pretty useless, lol.

I always hated the fact that in order to get this mask, you have to do the Cremia quest first. But you need this mask for that quest...

@NachoSushii I meant as in if you wanted the mask to play a part, then yes you do. You can do the milk run without that mask but its more difficult. The order in which the quest are done makes the Circus mask useless.
