Im 17yrs old male, and im naturally skinny myself, I feel so uncomfortable wearing short pants and shirts in public (especially school) so im working out hoping to see results soon, hopefully before summer hits...
@Shakcountant Yeah I didn't seem to gain fat content, but I drink skim milk. Sugars before bed are bad. So no adding peanut butter, fruits (bananas, strawberries, etc.) to it. Like he said the calcium will be digested through the night.

The video is great and informative on how you could gain muscles fast. I would surely take it on my list to help me improve in my muscle gain goal. It offers free workout plans and vital information on how you could gain lean muscles, loose fats faster and develop a lean muscular look you always wanted to have. to "lagubrok92", i believe by keep your body confused, he means not to do the exact same workout routine each and every workout day, as your muscles will adapt and get used to those workouts. so switch it up some, with different variations of the workouts for the different muscle groups. aka, instead of bench press's, do dumbbell flys, or instead of barbell curls, do hammerfist curls, or something like that ;)

IM A SKINNY GUY LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE ON A WORK OUT PLAN
Right now im working out 3 times a week around and hour a day
monday i do chest and triceps, wed i do shoulders and legs, and friday i do back and biceps.
please comment if you think this is a good way to split up the workouts. thank you

you dont need those expensive supplements, most of them are a ripoff and dont work. if you eat right thats all you need for nutrition
