hello william..exelent video and course..Im from Mexico..when you come and give a course whith Alfredo Romo..I hope very sun you can come to vallarta and meet us...congratulations for your records..atte JERRY
yes scubagirl123, you can try get more stories on the web, for eg the myscubastory site is OK. Type myscubastory into google and its the first one, enjoy!
Hi Mr William my friend cannot believe you are the man in the video lol.. and they have a question themselves.. "how do you manage to get that deep without you ear being damage?" please answer... that was one of their problems when they swim deep..
Iam not William, but you have to equalize your ears because of the pressure. Pince your nose with a nose clip and blow air threw your nose or as William and most freedivers do, they use a technic called "Mouth Full". You use the air the in your mouth to equalize your ears. If you want a link on how to learn "Mouth Full equalizing" message me, i cant link it here.
when i was a teenager i could hold my breath for around three minutes before my diaphram would start to spasm... but i usually wasnt expending that much physical effort while i was in the water, or my time was much less. is there a particular technique for preventing that problem or are you simply just fighting back the impulse. do you exhale at any point before you break the surface?
when i spearfishing i am about 2-2/half min underwater.but only at 6-7 meters.when i ma going deeper i feel some fear,and think i will never hold breath for two min.why is that?
- is it harder to ascent from deep because of negative bouyancy, i mean more deeper you go more negative bouyancy you overcome or from some point it doesn't matter?
- equalazing harder with deep? or after 10m it much easier (my max is about 10-15m but all the time i have problem with ET because of the sniffle).
The pressure gradient becomes less steep the deeper you go. From the surface to 10m is a 100% increase in pressure, whereas from 30-40 meters is only a 25% increase in pressure. Most beginners have difficult equalising past 10 - 20m, but with practice, the right techniques and training you can improve this depth safely and quickly.
Ciao Will, volevo scrivere una critica sul tuo montaggio video, ma quanto vedo il tuo movimento a rana, tutto passa in secondo piano. Grande Will, spero di nuotare ancora con te.
when i equalize, it seems like equalizing is spending a lot of breath, how to solve this?

1. "Every day a Story" by Fragile State
2. I can't remember exactly, but I think around 30m?

Really deep if guys recently starting dive:)
I have one more stupid questions;
And thank you for answering:)
