I am male and I'm 15.. And I have a problem with my nipples cause they are way too big.. The actual nipple is normal size but the pink skin around my nipple is bigger than the diameter of a quarter and it puffs out about an inch.. It's tough living like that way I am.. @xXCAMAROxXxDUDEXx You sound perfect to me. The puffiness will go away as you get older -- I think it has something to do with puberty. Quarter size nipples are GREAT in my opinion - I would love to have them that big around. Try to develop your chest with push ups. A bigger/broader/harder chest will make the nipples seem smaller. Again though, I don't think you have anything to concern your self with. You will GROW into your nipple size eventually, trust me.

maybe he used to be fat and had man boobs. then when he lost weight and got into shape his chest toned up but the skin over it didn't shrink as much, especially the nipple skin since its more loose than normal skin. thus he is left with ginormous nipples.
