How to Wrap Hands for MMA and Muay Thai

Very good way to do it, I have to use sponge and all sorts of shit now because my hands are so bad but this is a great way to wrap.

This is my favorite way. Same way my thai trainers did it, except sometimes they'd fold the thick pad at the beginning lengthwise.
