Read the Internal Revenue Act. It says that the income tax is voluntary and it applies to "taxpayers." Taxpayers are defined as American employers of aliens working in America or U. S. citizens working abroad. Americans working in America are not taxpayers. They've deceived us into believing we have to pay this tax. And, all the income tax collected by the IRS goes to the international banksters to pay interest on our illegal debt. There is no law that says we have to pay the IRS a penny.

@hebrewmatrix If its unlawful, then I don't see why not. Basically, they made you believe that you had to do it mandatorially, which is against the idea that all contracts are mandatory. Nobody can force you to do anything in an independence based system, unless you commit a crime. The only crimes are as follows: inflicting injury (murder, rape, etc), theft, and destruction of property. Everything else is a bullshit statute that they expect you to know and tell you that it's not an excuse.

Here is the law: Title 26

Section 1, imposes the tax

Section 61 defines Gross income

Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

Wages are meant to be to ensure that you can live and have enough money to pursue your happiness, and for your own future insurance, so that you didn't have to rely on SSI or Private Insurance. People need to start taking responsibility to their own hands and get off the dole with the Gov't. Make no contracts with the state to recieve any benefit. You're probably never going to see a third of the money you pay into SSI. It's a scam.
