  • i remember watching this . this breaks my heart . i still cry when i watch it !!!

  • I remembering bawling like a baby when this aired. (Wow Kayla's jacket has BIG shoulder pads.)

  • OMG this is sad. I just recently started watching on youtube. DOOL loss is Y&R gain. He is awesome!!

  • Richard Biggs, wow he was so incredible. Marcus and Steve were such great buds.

  • OMG this was soo heartbreaking this is making me cry soooo hard too much.

  • The doctor was on Alamain's payroll and switched IV's,as I recall!

  • Gets me every time.

  • I miss Richard Biggs (Marcus). His death was so tragic.

  • How ironic that both him and Joy Garrett(Joy) are dead 20 years later!

  • It's sad! They were both wonderful actors! I miss them both!

  • R.I.P. Richard Biggs(Marcus) & Joy Garrett(Jo)

  • @bloofan06 They were both young! What happened to Marcus?

  • @Kramona Richard Biggs died of a brain aneurysm back in 2004. I went to a "memorial show" for him in Hollywood. I went mainly because I really wanted to meet Matthew Ashforfd. It was a wonderful experience because I also got to meet Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson), but it was sad. Richard's wife and two sons were there. It was a really nice gathering.

  • I still get tears when I see this. Thanx for posting it! Supercouple always!!

  • This clip still breaks my heart...

  • i never saw this when i was young....i am SOBBING.

  • mary beth has said she decided to get in the bed with steve after he died....BRILLIANT...that sealed it...THEY ARE PERFECT

  • Marcus was great in this scene too. Heartwrenching!

  • SO sad! But that Dr. (b4 Marcus came in) was a complete jerk. He was screaming like he wa sout of control-- and I'm assuming Steve's in ICU, so the RN's would have the crash cart ready, and would know ACLS protocol. PLUS they give up after 5 mins. We've coded pts. for 30 mins b4-- Not uncommon. NO way give up after 5 mins, usually RN's are administering the drugs, and defib. The Doc's just make suggestions. (Increase the jules, more epi, etc..)Sorry to rant, but as an RN, I HATE inaccuracies. ;)

  • I know like the Joey storyline, so many innaccuracies. Idoubt that Steve and Stephaine would be in the delivery rooom, th doctor would have tried to get the baby breathing right there, not put him in an incubator and wheeled him down to NICU.

  • This was so sad when Steve died. I remember watching this with my mother, who never watched DAYS and she was even crying at this scene. Very emotional.

  • I remember watching this when it aired! I cried so hard and her character went downhill after that. I stopped watching when he left. I'm so glad they're back on again, even if the current storylines aren't that great.

  • I never got to see this the first time around, thanks for the memories and the best days ever.

  • Well he's back from the dead now.

  • a very very sad ditto *sniff sniff*

  • OMG I never got to see Steve's death scene when I watched the show back in the day. I'm crying my eyes out here.

  • Tears running down my face. These 2 actors were/are the best. What a wonderful body of work they have.
