james is seriously under rated. Yes kirk is the better soloist but then again he learned from satch. soloing is not the only aspect of playing guitar. It is such a versatile instrument and james is one of the best. We can all agree that james is a rhythm riffing bad ass. Having said that his solo are really good as well. He tends to focus on making every note unique while kirk is a technique wiz. James could be a lead if he wanted.
