I know who Ron Paul is, he is practically a Libertarian. If he is nominated and runs against a Democrat that supported the war in Iraq and the Patriot Act, like Hillary Clinton, I will vote for him. When someone says it would be easier if they were dictator they at least have aspirations to be fascist. That is why I said what I said. It is clear that Stalin, Hitler, and Mussolini fit the definition more because they were more effective at stifiling opposition opinoins and controlling the economy. Do not forget thought that W. Bush said on numerous occasions "you are either with us or with the terrorists" as if an opposition party supported the terrorists.

That depends on what Communist ideology you are talking about. Stalin, Lenin, Mao, and Castro can be considered fascist because they stifle opposition opinion. The French Communist Party, on the other hand, believes in open free elections, political debates, and the democratic system.
