@CutiePie4325 Not that one, at least not at the time they filmed it. A tornado would have to have wind speeds in excess of 110 mph to actually pick up and carry an adult human. An EF0 can still knock you off your feet, though, or your car off the road if you drive through it. Any wind gust in excess of 35 mph can cause drivers to overcorrect and wind up in the ditch. And EF0 tornadoes have wind speeds twice that.

The tornado can exist without a dust cloud. That only makes it visible.

@jareth312 A vortex need only to touch the ground to be a tornado. But it's not a confirmed tornado until it picks up debris. This is only because we can't see wind unless it is moving other, visible materials. So if the vapor cloud only reaches part of the way to the ground, but beneath it, it kicks up even a small cloud of dust, the funnel is declared a tornado.

How they form is very complicated. They don't just twist, air is pulled upwards at a very high speed as well even then, most tornadoes can lift a whole house. How do they twist so fast? That is not fully understood.
