If a cop pulls someone over who speaks no english and either has no ID or a fake ID they check immigration status. Someone speaks english does not give the cop a hard time and has a legit ID will not be looked into. There is no racial profiling here. To say that white people aren't asked for identification is bullshit. And yes in my state you cannot get a drivers license if you're not a legal resident, so by proxy they are confirming my residence status when I produce a valid drivers license that they can check.
