This is a scene from "The Pride and the Passion" with Sophia Loren, Cary Grant and Frank Sinatra from 1957. My father took me to see it in the theater when I was 11 years old. When I saw that cloths-washing, wet T-shirt scene my jaw hit the floor and my eyes popped out of my head. Been in love with her ever since : )
She is a real woman not a size zero starlet. In those old movies men looked like men and women like women. Now women have no curves and guys look like sissies.
I wish scientists would hurry up and perfect human reproductive cloning before Sophia dies. There should be at least 100 more like her running around.
I Really like the song too and Have been hunting it down but its not on either of their albums, they have only two that I found if you found this I would love to find out where ...
I vividly recall seeing this film (Madame Sans Gene) - and this specific scene - on TV when I was sixteen or so. My Dad and I were watching TV late at night. I'm pretty sure my jaw dropped to the floor. I have never forgotten it, for obvious reasons.
I just saw this movie about a month ago. I believe it was on TCM or some older movie channel. I did not know about the DVD though. There was another great movie I just saw with her and Anthony Perkins. She married Ebans father and then had affair with him (Eban-Anthony Perkins) and got pregnant with his child. I don't want to ruin it for anyone who has not seen it yet. Check it out it is worth it. The guy from the Beverly Hillbillys is in it too.
My college communications class showed this scene from a film edited out takes reel. I think this scene was from "The Man From La Mancha". Sophia Loren is a beautiful woman who gets more elegant and beautiful with age. When I was a young teenager, I would watch any movie that she starred in, just to look at her.

@bronxboy1952 This clip must be from the 1962 film Madame Sans-Gene, about the French Revolution in 1789, not from Lady L.

If I had a time machine, I'd go back to the French Revolution 1789 just so I can be the guy grabbing her ass.
