Blue man wil probably bridge to remove points of contact, that is done right? @azreal289 you must understand throwing in legs is risky since in mma the guy on bottom needs to worry about a choke, but in wrestling all the guy on the bottom have to focus on is getting to his base or legs and pulling his head down and off him self.bars and nelson are not enough as i can see, they need full locks like cradles to pin each other,

A man on bottom has the larger number of options for a choke, be it triangles, platias, or many other methods. being on top lets you hit the individual and a choke can be done but it requires controling both hands usually. When on top mma fighters tend to use the "ground and pound" method, afterwhich they may stun their opponent enough to finish with a stretch or rotational lock. Normally stunning leads to a stoppage.

word of advice while on bottom is to never stop moving. u stop moving means him getting a chance to work a tilt or pinning combination on you. that goes for all three styles. also remember that the better wrestker isn;t the strongest or fastest. its the wrestler who has the better balance and technique that win matches.
