I think its real, the quarterback jerseys are sometimes different than the other types of players. Most quarterbacks have the plastic rings around the sleeves other than the elastic nylon. I think that the NFL Equipment logo is supposed to be like that. The stitching on the numbers usually gets frayed. Numbers are supposed to get like that because of how they are sown on.

This is a "replithentic", it is a REAL Reebok jersey but NOT an on field authentic jersey. Reebok makes 3 jerseys your basic printed, your middle jersey (replithentic or premier) which is what your showcasing in your video than your have your on field authentic jerseys which retail for 180-250+ dollars.
