Stig laps always flick sideways out of corners from power oversteer as he mashes it for the straights because most street cars have too much power to be put down effectively. Notice how nearly all Stigs race car laps never get sideways. With the grip of slicks, the oversteer can be controlled. Put this guy in a racecar not dependant on it and watch what happens

Wheelspin is not fast driving. Try doing it at 160mph without a handbrake. He's not even holding the steering wheel properly. Was it meant to be a joke? Look clearly; this guy is VERY VERY VERY VERY EXTREAMLY talented but he probably shouldn't be doing this on a public road - in particular a road with traffic that goes in both directions.

One can tell that from the dents in the rear right quarter that sometimes things go wrong. Probably should have a roll cage too... Anyway imagine the cost of crashes and wearable components - must make a bit of cash.

You can clearly see camera's used in different sections, and a few diff shots and panning action, so it looks like a multiple cameraman. I would say they had someone at the bottom and top, i doubt anyone would be cutting blind corners in the wet during the day not knowing whats around the corner.
