Whether constitutional or not, courts are there to ensure that justice is done and is seen to be done: a secret court is a travesty of legal process. In Europe, the suspicion is growing that the USA can no longer be regarded as a state that abides by the rule of law.

Josh is a hero, he should be commended for standing up against the US's assault on journalistic freedom. In this time of corporate control of media we have no choice but to BE THE MEDIA!

if by "be the media" you mean to be like the things you profess to hate about the "corporate media", then josh wolf is basically that. he video tapes his friend committing a crime and releases only the footage of him getting nabbed, asserting that the footage he has let you see is the whole picture.
