whts the problem? doesn matter if you miss, you have to try n hit the ball always, and sometimes you'll miss, its a hard kick, no big deal. is not like missin a penalty shot or something

no you're actually not supposed to flip all the way over.

You're supposed to jump, swing opposite leg to gain momentum for the turn, kick, and then land on your arm in a rolling motion to absorb the shock.
