Those patients receive atleast 3 grams of laetrile each day, for about one month (and reduce the dosis after that). That's like taking 240 apricot kernels each day. My girlfriend takes 30 kernels/day plus 2 x 500mg Amygdalin/day and she feels fine too. So far the FDA warning about the apricot kernels being poisonous (maybe they are poisonous, but only to Big Pharma).
