2) They are completely different game types (fps vs on-rail shooter).

3) The video itself is an homage to Grindhouse/Planet Terror's style.

4) Left 4 Dead is an awesome game, but, it draws inspiration from the hundreds of titles before it that feature zombies, just like this one.
